Finger-Lickin' Good Experience at Raising Cane's
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, and the experience left me both satisfied and impressed. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts on the food quality, service, and ambiance:
Food Quality (5/5): Raising Cane's signature focus on chicken fingers pays off in a big way. The chicken is undeniably the star of the show—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The simplicity of their menu, centered around high-quality chicken fingers, ensures that each piece is cooked to perfection. The special Cane's sauce is a delightful accompaniment, striking the right balance between tangy and savory. The limited menu allows them to hone in on what they do best, resulting in a consistently delicious dining experience.
Service (5/5): The service at Raising Cane's was prompt and friendly. The staff exhibited a genuine enthusiasm for their menu, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring that orders were accurate. The efficiency of their service is noteworthy; I received my meal in no time without feeling rushed.
Ambiance (5/5): Raising Cane's boasts a casual and vibrant atmosphere, perfect for a quick and enjoyable meal. The restaurant's clean and well-lit interior contributes to a welcoming environment. The ambiance aligns perfectly with the fast-casual concept, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
In conclusion, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers offers a top-notch fast food experience with a laser focus on quality chicken. The delightful flavors, efficient service, and lively ambiance make it a go-to spot for those craving delicious, no-frills chicken fingers. I'll undoubtedly be returning to savor more of their finger-lickin' goodness...

Original review: The staff was friendly when I called to say I'd arrived at curbside 5+ minutes ago. They were also friendly when they brought my food 5+ minutes after that. The chicken also tastes good. That gets them three stars, especially because it may not be this location's fault for the way the curbside system (didn't really) work.
I got my confirmation email 15 minutes before I arrived, but didn't get my food until 15 minutes after I arrived. I think it would have been faster to go through the drive-thru. I hit the "I'm here" button in the confirmation email, and waited seven minutes before I called. Again, they were friendly when they answered and asked if I was there and if I was parked in one of the curbside spots (I was). Seven minutes later, they brought out the food.
The order was right except, even though I'd hit the "add ketchup" button on the order and it shows up on the receipt... no ketchup. Forgetting ketchup is a pet peeve of mine for fast food drive thrus (due to my kids), but if they ask and I say yes and they still don't add it, that's beyond irksome.
The Cain sauce seems to have a lot of mayo/ranch in it. I tired of it after a few bites. Since this is what differentiates this chicken place from others, I suppose this is the make-or-break part of their meals. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I tend to like sauces, and this was "weird".
Bottom line: Use drive-thru. Double check your ketchup. Otherwise, if you like Cain...
Read moreSo I came in tonight with my kids and dined in, this worker as she was getting my food ready, she dropped my tenders on the counter and had the audacity to pick them up bare hands and put them back in the container and gave them to me. I was watching her and told her to redo my meal, that not to be touching peoples food with no gloves on and not to be giving what she dropped to the customer as people are watching as they prepare the orders. And the worse part was, the manager was standing next to her and didn’t say anything to her. Such terrible terrible service, she was one in the blue shirt, short, with her hair up and the manager standing next to her, it was around 8:30pm Saturday evening that I came in with my kids. I hope something is done about this because they shouldn’t be touching with bare hands and putting it back in containers after they dropped them. Very disgusting!!!! I wonder how many times this has happened.
So I was notified by a phone call and email to contact raising canes about my situation. This must be some fake thing making calls to customers to have us think they care. No one calls back and you can’t reply to their emails....
