Staff are friendly and try their best, but more often than not over the last several months there have been many times where our orders haven't been right or we do a pick or drive through and get home only to find we are missing something and have to come back. The one day my wife had to wait 20+ minutes to get the missing item because there is ever only one person working the register/front during busy periods. Another time our cold deserts were made way before we arrived and were left sitting out instead of stuck in the cooler, so they were already mostly melted-which seemed to be our problem not the store. Multiple times has a sundae been forgetten, and once we were given the entirely wrong order after being assured it was right. They've even tried to charge us for sauces that should have been included with chicken baskets that they left out. Last night I went to get just a sundae and pretzel sticks. The sundae was given to me with the skimpiest amount of hot fudge, and when I asked about it I was assured they "give one full pump!" and told it I want more I could gladly pay another dollar-even the transaction was completed and the ice cream was starting to melt (it takes forever to get through the drive through). I said nevermind and to have a nice evening. When I got home, I found that the pretzel have been changed and are so much thinner than they used to be-which is a DQ issue rather the this store but nonetheless frustrating. None of it, not the food, not the time to get it, not the price paid was worth the hassle and what we got. Bottom line, even though there are some great people working at this one, skip this DQ. Read moreOn July 8th my wife and I stopped here to eat. Just before we ordered an employee punched out for lunch. We both ordered and my wife sat outside while I waited for our food. As I waited I counted three employees in the lobby on break. After twenty minutes I inquired about our food to which I was told we're still waiting on it. Mind you countless others were helped at the drive through. 25 minutes later a couple comes in and orders for dine in. At 30 minutes the employee returns from her break and approached me with food and asked me for my order number. I gave it to her and she said okay? Then proceed to give to the couple that came in five minutes earlier. She went behind the counter and pulled their copy of our order and showed it to the manager. I went off describing everything I just stated. Got told there was a mix up in back and the kid on the counter is still in training. We asked for a refund which they argued about because, now our food was ready. I reached out to the customer care number last Monday and did not hear anything. So I emailed the CEO. I then called this location back and basically got treated the same way I was when I was there. The assistant manager I spoke to said the young man had been done with training for a few weeks now and she would review the tapes and get to the bottom of it and she would have her general manager call me back. The general manager was the woman who gave us problems about our refund. Guessing by the fact that she called me ten minutes later, the tapes were never looked at. The GM also said she spoke to her DM and he told her to offer us a $10 gift card for somewhere else. In our opinion we should have gotten a refund and our food. Read moreMy cashier (the receipt says abriella) must have been new because I asked for extra peanuts on my peanut buster parfait and she didn't ring it up right. No big deal, honest mistake. I take it back up to the counter and asked for my extra peanuts. (this was before I realized it was rung up wrong.) I heard the manager explain to her that she did it wrong and she was not nice to abriella either. So i went back to the table to grab the card from my husband to pay for the extra peanuts. YES! after they messed up I still had to pay for it. Anyway when I get back to the counter they're sliding my parfait back onto the counter with "extra peanuts" literally less than 15 more peanuts. I'm not at all joking. They charged me almost a dollar for TEN peanuts! When I said something the manager basically said too bad it is what it is. I returned the whole thing and the manager was passive aggressive about it the whole time. She was mean to me and mean to the poor new(ish) girl that looked like she was having just an awful day. And I don't care what kind of day the manager was having because she gets paid more to hold it all together like every day is perfect or AT least treat her customers and especially her own employees with respect. She should be demoted. Give abriella the manager's spot. At least she wouldn't be a b@#?! and make everyone's work...
