Last week I went here for the 1st time ever after hearing a friend say how good it was. Let me first say, the food is good. BUT...
The guy on the grill is Very rude. Let me explain.
When we went last week, we ordered a Philly steak and a chicken bacon ranch (I said number 10 because that's what it is). I dont know if they girl put the number in wrong or just didnt realize I said number 10. NOT number. They weren't busy/in a hurry so theres no excuse to get that wrong. We got home (only about 10 minutes away) and realize they did not give me a number 10. They have me a number one/a hamburger. It made me mad so I called and told the girl it was wrong. I admit I was rude because I was mad. But I dont realize that sometimes until after the fact. I got back to the store and the first thing I did was apologize to her for being rude. I was hungry and upset because selecting the correct buttons is very simple task. The cook gave me a "go f yourself look" the whole time I was there. She gave me the sandwich and i was on my way.
Well i gave it a second chance on the 8th/this passed Wednesday. I wont be doing that again. The food was good just like the 1st time but as soon as I told the girl what I wanted (which was the same thing as last time, philly and chicken bacon Ranch) (I made sure to say the words "chicken bacon ranch this time), the same guy cooking came rushing over and very rudely told her to Read it back so I dont say it's wrong this time. He didn't need to have an attitude about it. The whole time he was making the food. He kept looking over at us with a disgusted look on his face. I was fully prepared to have spit or something in my food.
I dont eat there often enough for this next sentence to make a difference to the business but I will NOT be returning there. Not until that guys fired. He does not know how to talk to or treat customers.
Hopefully your corporate will do something about this. Its ridiculous to have to worry my food has something in it that shouldn't be when it wasnt even my mess up.
Both the first cashier and the one on the 8th, brooke were both pleasant....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the Niles, Ohio location for lunch today. I asked for a regular Romanburger combo with waffle fries, Coke and a cup of cheese for the fries. Without realizing I was about to get ripped off I paid almost $15 for everything. Thinking about it afterwards that the price seemed pretty high I looked at the receipt and figured out the person at the register took it upon themself to super size my meal and sell me a large cup of cheese instead of just a regular. Obviously this place is trying to make extra money by upgrading food orders without asking. Not to mention the fact that the food here at this location is average at best on a good day. If you want to eat here, make sure you check the bill before you pay for it to make sure the same thing doesn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like Mr. Hero because it's something different for the area. Don't get me wrong, this isn't gonna be the best fast food you'll ever have. Nothing here is gonna change your life. But, like I said, it's something different.
Lots of choices of subs and smaller sandwiches. Also lots of choices of sides. I've had the Hotta Potata w/ Waffer (waffle) fries, and the Roman burger w/ loaded Tater Tots. All of it was good. I'd order each again.
My only real complaint is that the sandwiches need more meat. They look so full in the pictures, but are kinda small when you unwrap them.
I'll be back here and there to try the rest of the menu. I've heard the hot buttered cheese-steak is...
