Frisch's Big Boy — Restaurant in Noble Township

We arrived at the restaurant at 7:16 p.m. today on a Wednesday. Must have been the manager in charge, he started putting up the chairs on the tables nearby us. Another employee was running a sweeper which we asked our waitress if she could wait until we ate our food. Which she had already realized it and stopped on her own. We ordered fish sandwiches which the buns were fresh and the fish was good. Tartar sauce was soaked into the bun. Fries we're hot and coleslaw was good. The waitress's voice was so soft that we didn't know if she was sick or if she just did not speak up. Wanted to order a vanilla shake and she told us that we could only have pie or cake. Restroom floor was so sticky. Our shoes stuck to both women's and men's. Entrance doors needed cleaned. Notice that hours were shortened. So hoping that your staff is polite and friendly in the morning because it was not that way this evening. You have a good product and could be busier, but you don't start shutting down at 7:15 when you're still open for another 45 minutes. Upon leaving manager did not say a word. Stopped to grab Super Big Boy. Drive thru attendant acted like he was being paid to listen minimally & to speak words even less. Tried to order extra extra tarter sauce but since he didn't acknowledge that I asked again when he flung sandwich at me. He claimed there was extra tarter sauce so I asked for extra napkins to which this bearded totally disinterested employee gave me an " I can't believe you are bugging me" look then said he put a napkin in the bag. I opened it to see only one so I knocked on window and repeated that with extra tarter sauce it drips and hence the need for more napkins. He slammed a bunch down staring at me like public enemy # 1. What kind of respectful customer service is Frisch's allowing and why? I will never allow myself to be treated so lowly at this establishment ever again especially for an $8 sandwich! Beyond upset because I had the exact same experience when this location was open a year ago and vowed since nothing progressive happened with that complaint that I'd never give them my hard earned money again just to be treated inappropriately. Ordered 6 meals the other day. 4 were not even edible. Two were chicken straps so overcooked they were like cardboard. Two were turkey clubs that at $14. A piece looked like $5. Sandwiches and were made out of processed turkey. Manager was great. Took off clubs. At that point we didn't want to complain anymore so we just left chicken strips and paid for them. Luckily the other meal was just soup. Service was definitely not the greatest but it was through no fault of hers. I believe there was one waitress, possibly two for whole packed restaurant.
