BJ's Wholesale Club — Restaurant in Noblesville

This review is mainly reflective of the worthless Tire Center Manager and store management. I really hate using an adjective like that but it is truly warranted here. I had four new tires installed on my wife's VW Bug. After I got the car home I noticed one of the center caps missing. A center cap does not just fall out of rim unless it was damaged somehow or came out while work was being done on a wheel. The Tire Center denied any responsibility but promised to order and install a new center cap by the next week. So I stop by and the manager tells me it isn't coming in until the next week now. So I went in the next week and the following eight weeks after. Every week being promised by the Tire Center Manager it would be in by current or next week. All those weeks only to find out that the part was never even ordered. The Tire Center Manager literally lied to my face week after week and had no problem doing it. I even spoke with the Assistant Store Manager and they assured my wife it would be taken care of. Guess what happened, nothing. I then called the Corporate office to complain and they assured me a Regional Manager would be in touch. Again, nothing. I have not seen such poor customer service in an organization that was so horrendous at every level of the organization. So in the end, you guessed it, I ended up driving to a local wheel shop to order myself. Will most certainly not be using the Tire Center again nor renewing my membership with an organization with zero customer service. Sure, there are no hassle returns but if your vehicle is damaged it is the customers problem.

Will never recommend them after our horrible experience. I am at such a loss for words right now. Yes we are the customers you said if I were you I would never step foot in this store again. A couple weeks ago we bought a massage chair for $500. We asked three times if that was the correct price. We paid for it and they said they would hold it for us. We told them we would be back that afternoon. My hubby rented a truck and when he got there they would not give it to him because it wasn’t the correct price but we could have it for $1300. We managed to get a credit for the truck we rented but wasted a day off from work and were treated rudely that we should have known better. All they offered was a $25 gift card. Also they could not refund the Bjs credit card because my hubby didn’t have my card. So we had to make another trip 45 min away to do the refund. 2 unnecessary trips. We have bought numerous big purchases here for great deals so we thought this was it. We called corporate and they said we needed to talk to the store manager. They only offered us a $25 gift card and said those employees were reprimanded. Also told my hubby if I were him to never step foot in this store again. I went in here for the last time tonight to use my rewards to find that massage chair marked down to $700. I have never had such bad experience from a company before. We spend thousands of dollars a year here and you guys just lost a great customer due to your lack of...

I’m disappointed I bothered with a membership. The selection is poor and the coupons are difficult to use. After making an online pickup order for $157.50 in order to get a Turkey coupon of $25, I realized the final total after pick up was only 149.76. Apparently, the meat I bought weighed less than they expected. I called to see if they could issue the coupon because it was 24 cents short. They said I needed to come in and have it refunded and ring it up again adding another item. I did so, but it over an hour as the clerk had to manually key in each item twice. In the meantime, angry customers left the membership line as my problem was taking so long. I asked to speak with the manager to see if they could simply issue me a coupon or gift card without going through all this. Only a team lead was available and they said no, they have been doing this process all week. Once the coupon was finally issued, I had to go twice as they were out of the turkeys.
