LongHorn Steakhouse — Restaurant in Noblesville

Wow! Just Wow! I had the absolute pleasure of attending the soft opening of the brand new Longhorn Steakhouse in Noblesville, Indiana, and I'm still buzzing from the experience. Let me tell you, even during this training period, the restaurant was operating like a well-oiled machine! I was incredibly impressed by the level of organization and the seamless teamwork displayed by the entire staff. It was clear they were all dedicated to providing a top-notch dining experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, with a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. The service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and offer recommendations.

And the food? Absolutely divine! My steak was cooked to perfection, exactly as I ordered it, and bursting with flavor. The sides were equally delicious, and the portions were generous. I could tell that the kitchen staff takes immense pride in their work, and the quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite. Honestly, it was one of the best steak dinners I've had in a long time.

It's clear that Longhorn Steakhouse has invested heavily in training their Noblesville team, and it truly paid off. Even though it was a soft opening, the service and food were on par with any established, high-quality restaurant. I was blown away by how smoothly everything ran.

I cannot wait to go back to the Noblesville Longhorn Steakhouse! Whether you're a steak lover or just looking for a fantastic dining experience, this is the place to be. Went to website as we were driving there to join waitlist but it said NO wait. When we walked in there was a 15 min wait. Saw chairs at the bar so went there, no biggie. The bartender was completely overwhelmed! He hollered down to us (yes, it was how it sounds) he'd be there when he could. At least 10+ minutes later he came and took our entire order which was appreciated. My stepdaughter ordered Coke no ice, got extra ice. We got a tepid loaf of bread about 5 minutes later. Never got her side caesar or my side straw/pecan salads. Next thing to hit the table about 15min later was her steak with mac/chz steak was just OK but she really liked her side. I ordered a bowl of french onion to come out with her steak, it did not. She was about a 1/3 done and then we got salads. Still no soup................it showed up a few minutes later. Of course by now it's almost 8pm and the bar has cleared out except for one high-top table of two ladies that he had been casually chatting with (hollering from behind the bar) the whole time we were there. NOW he wanted to give us good service and refills and repeat thanks for you patience AKA now I deserve 25% tip, right? No. We'll drive the extra to Castleton if she chooses Longhorn for next October...

Atmosphere was very nice, much smaller than expected . We were seated promptly when we arrived after using the call ahead feature although they were not very busy at all. There were 6 of us including 3 young children. Waitress was pleasant but not overly interactive. We ordered an appetizer the Tonion which was very good. After eating our appetizer and being served multiple refills and keeping the children as entertained as possible, it was well over an hour before we were served. The cheeseburger was barely cooked and the child served wouldn’t eat it, I don’t believe any child would have eaten a burger served this undercooked. Waitress never returned to table after meal was served so we split the other children’s meals so everyone had something to eat. I had to flag the waitress down for the tab, and at that time I showed her the burger which she offered to have it remade as I told her no it was way too long of a wait already and they were ready to go. The manager did come to the table and had the child’s meal taken off the bill along with a family discount of 25% for our wait time.
