McDonald's — Restaurant in Norcross

Why Why was I treated in such a vile way All i wanted was 2 cookies and 3 large fries via your app and my last 2 dollars and the deals. 5535 Buford Highway Norcross GA 30093. I am staying at the extended stay up the way from this store. I placed a mobile order at 945 and arrived at 955 very close. It was pouring rain.... it was lightning... it was cold... and I am and was quite worried about getting sick, but this was for my WIFE. 955 I arrive to a locked door though Your or Their website declares 10 for dining room It's Pouring and Lighting is Violent and Quite Prevalent. 957 I was greeted by a young black couple whom I spared with the uncouth action taken by this particular location. 959 an employee Allows the young black couple inside to inform them that they actually close at 9, so I guess Google and your corporate office is full of it. Should be noted "let the young Black couple in" as all the employees present were Latino every single one but the Asian Manager whom along with all the other Latin employees watched snickering through the window of the restaurant, all this happening while allowing the young Black couple in. So I guess those of Anglo-Saxon Blood are too filthy to set foot in a mcdonalds restaurant nowadays or maybe McDonald's as a whole has dumped its diversity mindset... Either way it was obvious what was happening, I was going to be and most certainly was a spectacular speculation for all to gawk and laugh and watch made a FOOL. Finally 1002 pm a young round Latin boy with a small black septum piercing came to the door to say and I quote... My Manager Said GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH.... GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH... All I can see is out side the Torrential downpour lighting strikes thunder sea of cars In and about both drive thrus is a new color washing over, a tsunami of red. Waters of a new kind of rage and Hate slaming into my soul my very essence. But I am a MILNE Scottish Blood true and PROUD. I stood behind cars a walk up if you will for 30 minutes..... lightning rain mockery laughing looks stares 30 minutes... during which time the Asain shift lead took all his young Latin cohorts to a large table in a double bay window to which all can see them sitting down eating drinking and of course pointing laughing. But I guess the Asian individual had better things to do so the broke huddle and one by one ONE BY ONE WALKED TO THEIR VEHICLES LAUGHING DRIVING AWAY MAKING EYE CONTACT SWIRVING TO HIT PUDDLES SPLASHING ME E T C... still raining still pouring still lightning finally I get to the window. Another young Latin guy hesitantly open the window. Now the climax to it all... I inform the puzzled or bewildered man that I was informed by another that his manager had told another employee their to Go Thru DRIVE Thru... He looks more confused. Uses headset to ask if Manager on duty had indeed told me to do this... to which a female voice even I can hear through his headset says "what? No!" NO SHE SAID...... The young man tried to assist me with what my WIFE placed via mobile well within and indeed made to completion before the lobby or restaurant closed via their websites indication to which I had already paid via my cash app acct before I left to take the 5 minute walk But the deals to which I had Relied on and my last 2 dollars to activate timed out I gave up I just turned away defeated cars honking people cursing me from their dry warm seats.. I come back to the room to call the store To maybe speak with the manager myself and avoid the backlash... Someone answered I asked for the manager and from English speaking to another line gets picked up with a few Latino woman laughing and speaking Spanish followed by more but harder laughter.... And so here we Are How are you Ever Going to Make this RIGHT This is the most disgusting vile Hatefull MEAN uncouth etc etc etc Way I have EVER been Treated PERIOD What can you POSSIBLY do to make that nightmare like it...

Let me start by saying i frequent this mcdonalds atleast 4 times a week. Every time I go thru this McDonalds it takes forever. It doesn't matter if I'm in drive or going inside. Every time I order they can never hear me so therefore I end up repeating my order twice if not 3 times. I meant to do this review a few months back and forgot. They used to ask every time if u wanted to try the chicken strips. It never failed the day crew Always asked. I HAD NEVER TRIED THEM BEFORE. There was a lady (for 3 nights in a row) I came by at nighttime all 3 days. She didn't ask me the first night or the second night if I wanted the chickenstrips. The third night came and it was the same rude lady. She did not ask if I wanted the chickens strip again. When I made it to the window I paid for my food and asked her if I got the strips BC she didn't ask me. THE ONLY REASON I SAID SOMETHING THAT NIGHT WAS BC I ONLY HAD $3 TO MY NAME UNTIL FRIDAY. I got a mcpic two for my son and his grandma. That night I didn't have money for food for me. AFTER I ASKED FOR THE STRIPS FOR FREE (not being rude or nasty) SHE TOLD ME NO, THAT AINT HOW SHE DOES THAT AND I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET FREE FOOD AND SHE DONT JUST GIVE OUT FOOD FOR FREE. ON THE MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU SIGN IT SAID( if we do not offer u our chicken strips then they r free). I said this to her and again she said that's not how she does that. BC I have to ration my money out, getting paid every two weeks sucks. Its cheaper and easier to stop and get food sometimes. It was about 10:45 at night and they weren't closed yet. Needless to say I went to bed hungry that night, I had no food in my fridge, the was no can foods at my home. I DO NOT ask for things for free. I only said something bc I needed it. IDK IF THIS LADY STILL WORKS THERE OR NOT. She is bad for business. Not nice no smiling and just rude as...

The Little Spanish Manager at this Location Attiude SUCKS Badly, I Came Into Drive Thru The Line was Extremely Long and it Took awhile for me to Place My Order Once My Boyfriend and I Ordered we Pulled Over Into a Parking Space Sat and Began to ATTEMPT to Eat, The Burgers were Ice Cold and Did Not TASTE Fresh AT ALL!, My Boyfriend Took 1 Bite and Throwed His Meal Away, I Took I Bite of my BIG MAC Meal and Nearly Vomited, So We Tried to Fill Up On the FRENCH FRYs and We Couldnt even Do That Because the FRYS were Cooked SOLID As A HARD BRICK ROCK, So My Boyfriend Throwed Those Away I Drove Back into Drive Thru Line And Asked for The FRYs to be ReCooked INSTANTLY The Manager Started Talking TRASH to me In Spanish And Argued Back with me After She RECOOKED My Frys and They Were ROCK HARD YET AGAIN So I Came Inside the Resturant and I Asked Why Do The Food Taste Bad or Improperly Prepared?? I Asked Is the Grease for the Fryers Up to the Correct Temperature? I Also Asked Her Why Do She Have a Attitude with me?? She Demanded That I Bring All the Food Back and Snatched My Bag I Asked Can I Get Chicken Nuggets in the Place of the Frys and GUESS WHAT??? The Nuggets Were FRIED DEAD With White Residue around the Crust I Of Course Declined Those The Manager Snapped at me and Accused me of Eating 90% of A Meal That Wasn't Even 100% Consumablem So She DID Ranned my REFUND back on my Card and I Just Left HOWEVER Do to This Experience my Boyfriend and I will Never Return to this LOCATION and That Manager Needs to Be Reprimanded for the Way she Handle Customers we Had a Very Poor Experience Here $18.85 Refunded My Boyfriend & I Never...
