My first time trying this restaurant and location. Customer service was horrible. Requested extra ketchup, napkins and utensils. Door dash delivered my order and no ketchup at all, no napkins at all and no utensils whatsoever. Now mind you I was at work on lunch. My chicken was hard, dry and overcooked. Ordered the honey old bay wings and little to no sauce on them, DRY & HARD. I called Colley Avenue location and asked to speak to a manager. The gentleman that answered the phone said that the manager (she) was outside and I told him I’ll hold on. Manager SAM came to the phone and I informed him about my horrible experience with this location and he just blew me off with no empathy or understanding at all. SAM the manager said oh he forgot and he didn’t see your requests. SAM has bad customer service. No apology or accommodations for the INCONVENIENCE. Spent $20 on a meal that I couldn’t eat because the chicken was hard, dry and overcooked...

Customer service was cool, the guys working there were respectful and polite but unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. The food was a big letdown. I’d give it a 2/10 overall.

The catfish wasn’t terrible flavor-wise, but it had no crunch at all, which was disappointing. The fries seemed undercooked and were not good at all. I also ordered lemon pepper wings, and they tasted old and burnt. The chicken was so hard I could barely chew it.

I almost bought their lemonade, but thankfully I sampled it first. The taste was awful.. I honestly can’t even describe it. It tasted like something had gone bad or like they never clean the tubs they keep it in.
