CM Chicken Norfolk — Restaurant in Norfolk

I've been to this location several times...it is definitely NOT CHEAP but awesome chicken. I work in Downtown Norfolk and considered this place amazing and told many people about it. They now offer 1.99 delivery and I was like, "Yay it's going to save me a loooooong walk" (BUYER BEWARE-CM Chicken employees do not deliver orders-Door Dash does.) I placed (2) online orders that added up to over 40$. (Since there is a minimum $20 per order) I got all the updates from Doordash that they waited on it, picked it up, and my Delivery Driver Charlotte had delivered it to me...hm....I had neither seen Charlotte or my chicken orders. So I called Charlotte...she stated she had delivered it. Her and another guy in the car said they couldn't find me (even though I left explicit instructions) and I received no picture on where they had delivered it to...they said they had left it on the ground in the parking garage? What parking garage, they did not know. I then checked around the entire side of the building of where I worked...no chicken. I called the restaurant and spoke to 3 MANAGERS whom didn't care that I was somewhat of a lunch regular, and told me to contact DoorDash directly. Door Dash told me there was nothing they could do but offer a refund in 10-12 days. They definitely lost a customer in me-they have good chicken...but I'll find somewhere else...a lotta chicken...

Heard the place was great and decided to check it out. Ordered the chicken sandwich special, spring onion chicken wings, and bulgogi dumplings. Dumplings were decent, tasted like fried gyoza, the chicken sandwich was tasty fries were bland, and the wings were good. Crispiness of wings was great compare to other restaurants. Atmosphere was alright considering it looked like they were still getting things together. The server was attentive and everything came out as ordered. The weird thing that had the biggest impression was their pricing structure. The chicken sandwich was on menu for $10.99 and the dumplings were $7.99. But they ring them up at $11.99 and $8.99. They then offer a cash price that is $2.00 cheaper than paying with card. The menu should list those as cash prices. Ultimately $2.00 difference isn’t much on an order as a consumer but depending on how many menu items are like this, the restaurant up charges people throughout the day. Just seems like a...
