Went there today 6/29/23…I walked up and the guy was smoking or vaping, came and took my order, touched all over the order screen then didn’t wash or sanitize his hands before making my food. Made the comment that’s when it’s hot, his gloves don’t fit..he used 1 pack of meat on my half sub but another walked up while I was waiting for my food…he used 4 packs of meat on her whole sub and then all of a sudden his gloves fit because he decided to use gloves while making her food. He was nice but with all the sickness going around, why not use gloves while making my food? If you need bigger gloves, order them…because this half of sub with chips and a drink cost me $15 I prayed over my food and ate it but h would never...

It's like 7 something and the website says open until 9pm today and every time I call which was 3 different people who want a big order I just got no answer and I wld just drive there however since no one has answered 3 different customers calls I must say we are upset by alot due to false information which we cld of avoided had the website been correct and the people actually answer calls 2hours prior to the supposedly close time... multiple of my friends aka customers are very disappointed as well as me...I bragged about how amazing you all were and now my friends think I'm a joke...so papa John's it is I guess smh very neglatian!!!!
