Took all my 1 stars back. There is a lady that's working the drive thru right now that needs to be fired . I'm sick and tired of her attitude. She never gets my slushes right and NEVER gives me my nerds I pay for. Tonighty husband ordered me a number 1 on toast and forgot to large size it. We got to the window , he told her he meant to large size my drink , she says with pure attitude WELL YOU DIDN'T. he says can you large size it , she says she already made it. He says how much is the difference to large size it she says 30 cent and let's us sit there until the guy gives us our food . She still wouldn't acknowledge us for quite some time until she comes back to the window and asks us what do we want . He says he's waiting for the drink and she says she gave it to him , he says but I asked you if you can large size it, she says you can keep what you got. Omg he says ok well can I buy a large size drink of the same and she had the audacity to say NO YOUR GOOD AND COMPLETELY REFUSED . MY HUSBAND WASN'T RUDE TO HER. EVERY SINGLE TIME SHES THERE ITS A PROBLEM WITH HER. WERE GOING UP THERE IN THE MORNING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND IM CALLING CORPORATE. WE HAVE BEEN WORKING THE ENTIRE DAY TO MAKE MONEY AND FINALLY HAD TO CHANCE TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT WE GET FOR GIVING THIS COMPANY OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I BELIEVE SHE GAVE HIM A FALSE NAME AND SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER WHEN HE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER . I DONT CONDONE IT AND I DONT APPRECIATE IT. IM SO LIVID RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF HER . I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE HAS A CONVERSATION WITH THIS LADY BECAUSE SHES A MAJOR PROBLEM. EVERRRRY SINGLE TIME . I WANT TO BE BE CONTACTED WITH A RESPONSE IN WHY HER BEHAVIOR WAS LIKE THAT BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! THE 1 STARS I GAVE WILL NEVER COUNT IN MY BOOK . I WANT A REFUND , HER REPRIMANDED/RETRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE, AN APOLOGY OR SOMETHING. IM DONE !!! I went back today hoping to talk to another manager about this manager and to ask for a refund .The same lady was on duty . Even though I told myself to an about face I asked her anyway when will another manager be on duty and AGAIN WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE she continuously tells me she doesn't know , I said ok well I will just contact Corporate , she says this is not a Corporate store , I told her it's cool I will find out if there's a corporate or not for this store to report her. She got even nastier telling me and I quote " I don't give AF" and tells me not to come back. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS . IM NOT GOING TO HUSTLE ALL DAY TO MAKE MONEY TO FEED MYSELF JUST TO GIVE IT SOMEONE TREATING ME THIS WAY PERIOD, I WANT A FULL REFUND !!!!

In response, I have already submitted a complaint online and called this number . Please address this issue. Her behavior was unacceptable and to tell me not to come back when she was not made in no shape or form that we were any type of threat. My daughters and I decided to take a trip to the sonic that's nearby our home and we placed our order through the little drive up not through the drive-through. We wanted to just enjoy our meal. Placed our order and we had our fries missing and also my daughter ordered a Coke slush, which tasted like something waterer down, some kind of slush that had lemon in it with no real strong taste of coke so l push the button and I explained to them that not sure if this is really a coke slush, but could we get another one and we didn't get our large fry? Time went by and I decided to go in. I had mentioned that we didn't receive our large fry and that this Coke/has a lemony taste to it and if you open up the lid, its light it doesn't even have a dark color to it. I suggested and gave my opinion being that l've worked in fast food, that maybe the machine that works many flavors maybe one of the flavors combined with the Coke slush or maybe there wasn't enough Coke syrup in the slushy machine. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with a manager this awful. That was so extremely rude even the people sitting waiting for their food knew something was not right. I have already contacted corporate and I do not recommend, going back to this establishment we will find another sonic in a different area and try again one day. We have gone to sonic many many times and years past and I've never had this type of service. Our carhop was nice so there's no reflection on her. But when this manager would not even take any considerations as to the watered down Coke machine that isn't working right to make the right Coke slushy's she basically walked away yelling and said she's not gonna do anything else l asked her for her name she yelled it. I didn't understand it, but I said, this isn't over because I planned on calling corporate. I hope that this yelp review will get attention. I hope my phone call with corporate will get attention to this store. I hope corporate reads the yelp reviews that go years back. Maybe it's time for a management change. Its a shame because her attitude reflects on the attitude and the morale in that store and it disheartens me to think that there are those that work for her that may agree with how she handled that and those that feel stressed that she had to scream inside the store at a customer. It's a toxic environment. I felt at the moment I walked in and I will never forget it from here on out. I am good at reading people and intuitive at best and I could tell you that this is not a good situation and would not recommend...
Read moreUpdate after two years. Broken ordering speaker, orders were at the window. Went out of line to complete order since I had completed through the app and thought it would be faster. Put in the stall number and waited. Noted that most of the stall ordering machines were off and or broken. No one came after some time so decided to go inside. Swapped lemonade, that was out of order, for something else and had to ask for over half my order due to staff on phones ice cream float was flat soda with a lump of ice cream, mostly melted due to the wait. The limeades were very good 👍. Stalls outside are not labeled, signed off, taped off or blocked off. No gloves or hairnets noted while in store waiting.
Previous experience below. I have never been more insulted in all my life. I ordered food through the app because I like the deals. I pulled up the one of the stalls and put the number in the app. I waited about 20 minutes while reading and glancing up occasionally to see the updated status on the stall board. I saw that my order disappeared and I pressed the button. I'm immediately yelled at but was unable to hear due to the hwy nearby. I pressed the stall button again and tried to explain what is happening by heard from the drive thru window that the stalls are closed. I was not aware of that and nothing was posted to inform anyone. I went through the drive thru and after waiting in line I received my food 30 minutes after ordering through app. It was shoved in my face and window was closed. I checked my food and drinks and the drink was wrong, and food was cold. I asked if they could fix the drink and one of the other drive through ladies started to help me. The original lady demanded the original drink and I asked if I could keep it since it was made wrong and I had been waiting 30 minutes. They told me no and then I had three woman yelling at me. One who looked like the manager started insulting my military uniform, cursing at me and saying multiple other things. At that point I asked if they could warm up my food or remake it. Was told to get refund through the app and to avoid other things I exchanged the drinks and left shaking and humiliated. Because they are a franchise store I could not get a refund but did call the corporate number.
