1/5. If I could post a zero out of 5 I would. First thing wrong. Delivery men didn’t wrap the couches in any type of plastic to protect my leather, they came all scratched up. Had to wait to get new couches. Took about a month. Then they still managed to scrape up my new couches! 2nd. They kept telling me the wrong prices for the total for everything. So I had no idea what my actual balance was on everything. 3rd. Every time I would make a payment, they would say I never made one, or would exclude one of my purchases, call me saying how I never made a payment for one of my purchases, when they’re the ones that have the total balance for everything. Never use Aarons! I payed extra each month, and it never seemed to get me ahead. Somehow my final payment date remained the same. In December I made a payment and was told I still owed $756. I made a payment in January and February, and then went to officially pay the whole thing off in March to just get the horrible ordeal done with. When I asked how much I owed to pay it off, it was $758! When asked how on Earth I could possibly owe more after 3 months of payment, I was told it was "a cost of lease thing". I always have a good experience, I have been a customer for over a year. And i can't even explain how amazing the staff is. They always help me out. Especially Victor and Bob. Even getting me a blade for the lawnmower so I'm not paying for something over the winter that I wouldn't normally use. They always a step ahead and thinking of ways to please the consumers. And always respectful!!! If you use aaron's, rent a center, or ace rent to own, I would return everything and switch to arona....
