Have ordered from here 4 times in the time I have been here (which have been the last two semesters of my husband's law degree at OU). THIS IS THE WORST DOMINOS EVER!!! Let me validate this by saying that my family owns a Dominos in Georgia. I have been in many Dominos and its a great company but this place is total crap! The first time we ordered last October, they messed up our order. We got a free pizza offer so tried it again in a few weeks and it was terrible service and almost no toppings. I got in touch with the district manager who assured me she would handle it and asked me to be a secret shopper and give her inside info on the store, promising a gift certificate. I agreed and this was a decent order. The service still was not what I thought it should be, but I gave a good report to the manager... Trying not to be too picky. Months went by with no gift card, as promised. Clearly the incompetence goes straight to the top with this store! Finally, I got my gift card in February... After asking multiple times and waiting 4 months! Tonight, May 2nd, I ordered with the remainder of my gift card and a coupon I had. So long story short, my large pizza should have been free and my cheesebread should have had $2.87 taken off the total... I ordered online to avoid confusion, but boy, was that a mistake. I get to the store and the girl is drinking a coke at a table... She finishes, screws the cap on, someone at the oven is just staring at me, no "Welcome to Dominos" (which is what the company requires you to say), no smiles, nothing. After the girl finished drinking, she walks up and says, "Got a carry out?" Totally rude. I remained nice, everything is fine and she tells me a total which is too much ($14 and some change, online it said $11.84 would be the total) but I don't want to overwhelm her so I gave her the free pizza coupon first. She took 3 minutes and yelling for someone from the back to come and help to get my coupon applied. (This should have taken about 20 seconds. All she had to do was adjust the amount and enter a 4 digit password... I could have done this for her!) She then gave the total of $8.64... for cheesebread with a $2.87 gift card "already applied". I VERY nicely told her that online gave me a different amount. She was so confused and said she took the pizza off. I said "When I came in, you said $14 and online it told me $11.84... I think the gift card is not applying. I can get it out." SHE THEN STARTS YELLING AT ME. Like I am the dumb one here. I show her on my phone what the original total should be and say that the difference is the total of the gift card. She continues for about 5 minutes to yell and say that cheesebread are $8 with an added ranch. No question there, but my gift card was not applied. Finally I asked her to stop yelling and just listen to me. I told her to pretend my pizza did not exist because it was free. Now, how does a $6.50 order of bread plus 50 cent sauce equal $8.64 with $2.87 taken off? She start yelling AGAIN! She flings the screen around to me and there... at the bottom.... what's that? Oh! My total is $5 and change?!? Insert her extreme embarrassment but NO APOLOGY! She said "Ive been here all day. My bad"... I guess my bad is her apology?? She takes my money and continues on her long day. She then gave me the coupon for free pizza back "cause I didn't understand." How about "cause I was a complete witch and yelled at you and that is not okay.''??? It is not a big deal that she did not understand. The yelling for five+ minutes as my pizza got cold on the counter was the issue.
I have two free large pizza coupons and a breadstick free coupon and to be honest I don't even wanna use them. But, free is free and I guess next time I will not have a gift card to confuse her so much. I will never spend another penny here. 4 bad experiences and 1 mediocre out of 5 is a terrible track record. Save your money and go to another location. Or there's a Papa Murphy's in the same parking...

I was waiting outside in the parking lot and waiting for my pizza to come out from the oven while I was checking the tracking app. So I went in to the restaurant, no employee could be seen. There is already one pizza done waiting at the end of the oven beside mine. No wonder why other reviews they received their food cold. Finally I saw someone in the window looks like in the office with the headphones and on their phone dancing reaaaallllyyyy. Finally one of the driver came in from delivery and helped me. While Miss christina veal to busy listening to music. Oh by the way the floor is dirty with flour that need to be swept and the prep table got food all over it. Miss Christina if you got time to lean you got to clean. Finally she came out and said can I help you, I said I’ve been helped while I was waiting on you for about 10 min. I guess you are too busy dancing. Her response was: did you hear me? Wow really I can see you through the window girl. Anyways she apologized with bad attitude like she didn’t really meant. That’s when I took my money and gave her the pizza back. ATT STORE MANAGER You can check the camera on 11/23/18 btw 9:15pm and 9:45pm and you will see with your own eyes and you need to do something about it if you really care about your store. Read moreI will start with the only reason I'm not giving 1 star- the online ordering system was really pretty simple and to the point, I actually thought it was so cool I made my husband come look! The order tracker was right on point. Could rate the ordering process at a 5. BUT then came the food. Ordered $54 worth. The salad was the only thing that was okay... I received a Canadian bacon and bacon pizza w/ red sauce instead of a CHEESE w/ garlic butter. I was excited about the chicken Alfredo pasta, until I tried to scrape the hardened noodles off the aluminum pan... Crunchy and no flavor, and maybe some leftover chicken? Then the dessert... Apparently the cinnamon sticks don't come with cinnamon? And the extra icing I paid for... Nope. I understand that things get messed up here and there, and can accept and be okay with one mistake or another if it wasn't common. But EVERY item on my order (except the salad, oh and the 2 liter of Coke) was completely wrong or just awful food. Disappointed. And if I had a direct email to the store, I would have taken that route, but could not find one on...
