I love Hideaway, it’s an Oklahoma institution. They also have gluten-free pizza, the crust is really for people who like a crunchy cracky kind of crust. I got to go to Italy in October 1924, I was really worried about what I was going to eat, it turns out that the Italians are geniuses at using psyllium husk in their bread, pizza dough, and other gluten-free items. I ended up getting to eat some of the most amazing gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had in my life. What does this have to do with Hideaway? Hideaway was one of the first pizza restaurants to introduce a gluten-free crust. It would really be great if the leadership would go on a research trip or send one of their R&D chefs on a research trip to the old country and bring back some new ideas on...

This did is good out else I would not go eat here. They have a good choice of food options even though this is a chicken place. Their breakfast is also great. Go for the chicken mini's. The customer service is over the top. It is the best of any business or service provider. Their customer service training is so good that I think that ALL government employees should be required to pass this training program before going to work for the public. There are plenty of shops here for basically everything anyone could want. And, there are lots of places to eat when you're hangry from crowded shopping. It's our go-to place in Norman unless we're trying to buy local. That's the only downside, most of the places here are big franchises.
