So myself and theee co-workers had come to the walk up window that was open when we walked up to it and I ask the lady inside on the other side of the counter if she was ready to take our orders. She responded with " I have to ask my manager", which I thought was weird. She and her co-worker plus the manager asked what we wanted, I responded with "order doughnuts". Manger responded with how many, I said "probably few dozen". Manger turned to original lady and said "tell them to go through the drive thru". So we decided that this business did not deserve our money. As we were walking back to our vehicle all three dunkin worker's came out to smoke and to let us know "they didn't need our business".
We then pulled out of the parking lot and two out of the three lady's flipped us off and were saying something, was five in mourning was cold and windows were so didn't hear.
All we wanted was coffee and donuts, for us and others. They definitely didn't get our day off to a good start.
Good thing Shipley Do-Nuts was right down the street. They were much nicer and was willing to take our orders and take our money, will be stopping by next time in town for work. To end this thank you to this location I will do my best to NEVER to spend another dollar at any...
Read moreI don't know who came up with this business model but it's horrible. They want you use screens instead of ordering by an employee. They dont list all their donuts on the screen either. I stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes before someone finally helped. Friendly lady helped. I want people employed and want to talk to people who have been trained on their job. I refuse to patron businesses who dont use people for real customer service and help with ordering. Thr funny part is they have a tip jar. Lol for what? Disclaimer. I worked at Duncan as a kid. I remember the counters and the friendly elderly people that would share their life lessons. Now Duncan has screens to monitor the drive thru performances but nothing for monitoring the counter. They dont want you to come in apparently. Just go through the drive thru. Find a local owned family donut shop. It's what donut shops are to really be. An experience...
Read moreUpdate ~ finally tried them again for the first time in months. Had to get a refund. All our food was smashed with green and black stuff on it (we have pics) and they forgot some of our food so we had to wait for a second time in a line wrapped around the building. Dunkin’s not getting another dollar from me until they improve. This is insane.
Seriously. The most unkind, rude people work here. If you ask them why your drink isn’t made right like it normally is, be prepared to have eyes rolled at you, windows slammed in your face, snarky comments get made. Yall really have to do better with the staff you hire. You’ve lost a super loyal customer. I’m just done visiting yall only to be treated like crap because I’m asking for what I paid for to be made right… it’s really...
