Mr. Gatti's is structured like a fast-food joint, but the service took too long (20+ minutes). For that time and money, I could’ve dashed to Little Caesar’s and snagged a cheaper, tastier pie that doesn’t leave me questioning my life choices. Insultingly, the register asks for a tip (despite no real service being offered) and you must manually set the tip to 0 if you prefer not to tip.
The lone heroine behind the counter was juggling orders, phone calls, and a growing line of hungry, impatient souls. It's a new place, so I will be generous and say they're still understaffed.
