CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Norman

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Not sure how this place is on repairs. But DO NOT try and buy a MacBook from them. They are charging almost retail price for a used laptop. Quoted me $1699 for a 2018 MacBook Pro, when you can get Apple certified refurbished 2021 model for $1799. And get the same model they quoted me on EBay in excellent condition for $800. Shop elsewhere and do not let this place cheat you.

Edit In response to their response, Apple certified is a 1 year warranty, check your facts! And Apple certified refurbished means something; not some repair shop in Norman Oklahoma with no certification to repair or refurbish apple products! And 1 inch difference on the screen, dear me…. A 2018 is a USED laptop! Not even refurbished or guaranteed but USED! And no mention of the EBay listing that was EXACTLY THE SAME for $800 that I sent them that also had a full 1 year warranty. I am a big supporter of small business; that’s why I reached out to you all in the first place. But I cannot support a small business attempting to gouge their customers and disguise it by saying they can finance you! People need to speak up and warn others, especially in this...

Came here on two separate occasions to fix problems with my phone and both times were amazing.

First time was with a broken charger port in my phone and they diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to fix my phone within 2 hrs (probably would have been even quicker had they not been so busy that day). Very quick and effective service and the workers were extremely personable and helpful.

Second instance was when my phone was having some kind of signal disruption problem and I wasn’t able to connect to my cellular data. I had previous went to a repair shop of my cell phone carrier and they couldn’t fix the problem after an hour of surgery on my phone. I decided to come back to CPR to see what they could do and they, once again, diagnosed what the problem was and reconnected the signal to my phone; all within 5 minutes.

Overall, CPR is definitely my #1 choice for any kind of cell phone repair I may need. Excellent customer service, good prices (first repair was $100 and second one was free because of how easy it was for them to fix it), and they seem to genuinely want to help you. Couldn’t...

I had taken a phone in for a water damage repair in June. All was well....was informed that they would damage screen in order to complete repair and that I would have to replace screen. I then agreed to pricing of screen and asked that they order it. I was once again in the store to purchase a liquid screen protector for my new phone and checked on the progress of phone being repaired and was told they where still awaiting a screen replacement. Went by this evening to inquire since it'd been several months and was informed that phone was damaged beyond repair and they couldn't fix it. That should have been the initial conversation and not dragging this out 5 months. The clerk also looked in the computer and said that the store had called me on several occasions to let me know status and that statement is 100% false. My phone is a critical tool to my business and is answered when called or calls are returned if missed. You fell short on service described then dropped the ball on communication.
