Crumbl — Restaurant in Norman

Not big on reviewing places but this location needs a reset button. it seems to always be dirty and disorganized, no one ever greets you or acknowledges your person, I will say everyone is always working.... however this last experience seems to have slightly perturbed me, I ordered a mother's day box and a nice note for my wife, didn't receive either and before I could say anything the young gentleman that called my name and proceeded to moved on with his life and with his non people skill type ways.... frustrating to say the least. So I ask why have someone in charge of handing off orders if they can't follow the basic task of engaging with the customers who spend good quality money for a sloppy piss poor experience. Everyone needs to be retrained in the department of customer service here. I would rate this 0 if I could but the cookies are usually tasty so someone can at least do that right, thats worth one star i guess. There were no customers in the store or parking lot, how ever the store was so disgusting and dirty. The windows and doors where so filthy not to mention the floors and counters. The employees were just standing around talking not paying attention to what was going on. They could have been cleaning and wiping some stuff down. While another girl was doing the work of making my cookies and she didn't look happy about it. She handed me the box closed with frosting all over the outside of the box. The frosting was melted on the cookies. I think it may have been sitting on the counter all day. I knew I should have made the extra drive and went to the Moore location. If you are looking for a good place to get crumble cookies go to the Moore location it is worth the extra drive if you live in Norman. I’m really not the type to write a rude review. I understand that everyone is trying to their best at jobs. Today though- I was doordashing and had an order to pick up at crumbl. I show up- they were out of a few things the customer ordered which no big deal so I had them replace it with a different cookie but then they never gave it to me. Instead they just started cleaning and had me waiting there for a good while. By this time it was time for them to close but unfortunately I was still waiting on the cookies. The person counting the register looked at me and noticed that I was still waiting so he had the girl stop cleaning and to do the cookies. She grabs the cookies, puts them in the box, and slaps the cookies on the table and scoffed and walked away.
