Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not say that lightly. I place an order with this location every single morning Monday through Friday. I always place my order on the app and then pick it up through the drive-thru. Last time I visited I did everything the same way as I normally do. When I got to the speaker I told him what order I was picking up and I was told to pull up to the next window. When I got to the window they said that the order was not paid for. First of all I do not believe you can even place an online order if you do not pay for it ahead of time. But more importantly as I was driving up to the window I got a text message from my credit card company stating that McDonald's charged my credit card for the purchase. I even showed this message to the woman at the window who identified herself as the manager. She did not care. She said I would have to pay for it again or they would not give me my order. She also would not give me my money back. Eventually she told me to go up to the next window to speak to the person there. Not sure why she told me to do that since she said she was the manager but I did as she instructed. The woman at the second window was just as difficult as the first woman. Refused to even look at my phone to see that I was charged. I was running very late as it was so I did end up paying a second time to receive my order. I will never visit this location again. Read moreThe worst service ever!! I asked for a small lemonade and a medium strawberry/banana smoothie!! I got the cup for a small lemonade in which I had received and got what I thought was a strawberry/banana smoothie. I received a strawberry shake which was not what I had ordered. I waited patiently in line to ask for my drink to be remade since it was incorrect from what I had ordered. The girl who had waited on me said she would remake the smoothie for me since it was wrong. Ten minutes went by and still no smoothie. Meanwhile there were other customers waiting for their food as well in which were not receiving the correct items that they had ordered. I finally asked to speak to the manager in charge after the girl who had waited on me just told me then that the machine wasn't working (after she made me wait ten minutes for the drink to be "remade"). I then was received a refund, for a SMALL SMOOTHIE. The manager walked away before I could even tell him that I received the wrong amount for the refund since I had originally ordered a medium. I never like to badmouth places because I understand it's hard to balance multiple orders for both the drive through and walk in customers. However their was no right to make a person wait a duration of almost twenty minutes...
Read moreDidn’t wanted to write it but I had to, i got a food poisoning from this place twice, one time last summer, second time a week ago, first time it was big mac, i vomited and felt bad but the feeling went away quick, i didn’t write anything since i thought maybe i can cut them some slack and let it go. Second time it was the double quarter pounder, i came in the evening after work it’s a place close to my home, was really hungry ordered one, and it felt nice, went home, slept, next morning i woke up feeling heavy in the stomach, and i felt a slight nausea, didn’t pay attention to it, went to work and noticed the first symptoms, nausea was building up, i thought i could push through, but 30 minutes i couldn’t, i had to leave work early cause i wasn’t capable of working anymore, went home and felt absolutely horrible, vomited twice that day, and even after that it didn’t ease up much, was suffering the whole day not being able to sleep properly, think it was meat poisoning from the quarter pounder patties, i tried to give this place a chance but it seems like they don’t care much, and will serve you whatever. I hope they’ll get a better quality control of their products. Won’t come for the burgers here anymore, maybe drinks or sweets...
