I went to BJ's for the very first time about a year and a half ago. I have 2 small children, and one of them still required a highchair. My one and only time that I came here, I asked the hostess if I could have a highchair for my child and was told they don't provide highchairs because of the height of the table and for safety reasons. Honestly, I was flabbergasted and opted for a booster, which made my experience horrible. My child was only about 1 years old at the time, and having to constantly worry about her falling under the table because she's still too small and young for a booster had me on edge the entire time. I must say I was not pleased with the attitude from the hostess when I asked and questioned the reason why I couldn't get a highchair, eventually her only response was that it's company policy, which was stated with an attitude (as if she was annoyed I was questioning her reasons). If that's the case I'll never eat here again and I'll warn other parents with small children to also avoid this place. The food was good, too bad I'll never come back to try other options on the menu because your hostess and supposed policy left me disliking the service provided. I work with the general public day in and out, I understand customer service and always show respect to others who also work in customer service jobs because I know how hard it can be, but this hostess (and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, not even sure if she still works there) obviously lacks respect and professionalism. If this is your company policy then perhaps you should advertise that children (especially young ones) will not be accommodated. The food was good, and our waiter was pleasant, but the hostess at that time needs some lessons in professionalism. So my only question is, was the hostess correct in stating that company policy dictates against providing highchairs because of safety concerns? I find that very highly unlikely seeing as I've eaten at countless restaurants and have never been told I could not have a highchair for my children due to table...

Where to start with BJs....
Firstly, they have spinning door, always an added inconvenience. Secondly, almost every chair in the place is elevated, more so than many pub style chairs, which made it difficult for my mother with joint issues getting up and down from her seat.
Those issues can easily be mitigated by the food that they sell. However, this was the worst aspect of our experience. Upon looking at the menu, they are that type of place that wants to sell you frozen food, with small portions, for near $25. A complete rip off. I ended up getting a bacon burger and fries, because that is something much less likely to be messed up. Sadly, i was mistaken. The burger comes with a thousand island dressing, which i opted out of. However, my burger came with it. Which i could have dealt with it if it was a small amount and not soaked into the bun. But it was unfortunately on both sides of the burger. So i have to send it back. I then have to wait, over 15 minutes to the point my mom had already finished her food.i finally get my corrected food, AND no bacon. Which i then have to ask for. It comes out and the bacon is hard. I don't mean crunchy, that would be fine. More so that i could have crumbled it to bits in my fingers. I just want to eat at this point, so i let that go despite paying extra for it. Then i actually eat my food. Pre-frozen refried French fries. The worst possible way to serve fries. Bland and flavorless. Then the burger itself. I ordered medium, which of course it wasn't, tho i expected that. I did not expect it be overcooked to the point of being dry, charred and burnt on the edges. Yet also greasy enough that my bun fell apart halfway through eating it.
I couldn't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Was edible but nowhere near worth the...

This was our third time here. We’ve gone at peak hours in the past and I don’t recommend it. The place gets packed. But that’s expected. Today we visited in the late afternoon on a Sunday.
First, our server Tyler, was attentive, friendly and careful with my food allergy. 🙏.
The menu has lots of options. We came here for the food not the beer, which is what they’re known for. The menu is marked for GS (gluten sensitivity). There are not a ton of GS options, but they do have GF pizzas and they are crispy and delicious! They also have a GF dessert cookie that is one of my favorites. Bonus points… the hostess gave me a complete allergy list for the whole menu when we were seated! That’s a first. Thank you again.
Now, for families, you’ll do great here. Kids menu with good choices. My kid loved her meal. The restaurant also has a mobility friendly layout for accessibility, and both handicap and Vet parking.
This is an LGBTQ friendly establishment, as evidenced by inclusion of a gender neutral bathroom and diverse workers.
Overall, we’ve been here a few times and plan to come back. Just avoid the busiest times. There’s plenty of parking and it’s located immediately off the highway. In terms of cost, it’s priced fairly and maybe a little cheaper than similar establishments....
