Emmy was sooo helpful and informative. My daughter is three years old and my she first came over she got very nervous and was crying. Not crying because she was scared but got nervous because there were so many people.. Emmy was able to talk to her sweetly and show her all the earrings. They picked the beautiful pink flowers. Willow sat by herself with me in front of her. Emmy showed her that she was gonna put a little mark on her ear to show where it was where it needed to go. Willow was calm and ready. Isabel came over to help out Emmy. They both did it at the same time. They were so gentle and amazing.. Gave my three year-old such a great experience. They wash them and then gave her and her brother a lollipop. I 100% recommend Emmy to help everyone 💕.

My experience here was very weird the lady the blonde hair and glasses was there helping I’ve shopped here for years. Recently went in to replace jewelry and buy new pieces. I bought a new Tragus jewelry and asked the lady if she can put it in for me as i had long nails and a trip to go to she proceeds to say “they only do that at Wrentham you can go there” for me thats an inconvenience i bought the jewelry at emerald square so why would i go all the way to Wrentham just for them to put it in my ear for me ?? That makes so sense and i found it very disrespectful honestly the customer service was 0/10 I do NOT RECOMMEND . The customer service at Wrentham outlet is so much better. Yesterday I brought my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. She has been driving me crazy to get it done (actually re-done after the first ones closed up several years ago), but when we got there her crippling anxiety set in. She was in a full panic, and in tears when it came time to pull the trigger. Even though there were several other customers at the counter, the associates were beyond patient and kind while I firmly encouraged my daughter to let them proceed. They didn’t show the slightest bit of annoyance, even if they were feeling it (I know I would have been!). I had originally planned to go to a piercing shop but so glad we ended up here.
