My wife and I recently visited Hannoush Jewelers in North Attleboro on the recommendation of our insurance company to look for a replacement for my wife's stolen engagement ring. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted warmly by the staff and were directed to the store manager, Nadine Dacey to discuss our claim. To say that Nadine was friendly, knowledgeable and professional would be an understatement! She asked questions about what we were looking for and gently guided us towards items that were in our price range and in the style we wanted. She never pushed us or made us feel like she was trying to up sell us. She went above and beyond to help us when we didn't have our claim information with us, texting, calling and emailing the owner and the claims staff at our insurance company until we had everything we needed to move forward with our order. This was a very upsetting theft in our home, but Nadine made it such a pleasant and positive experience, that we will be sure to recommend her and her beautiful store to all our friends and family, not just for insurance claims, but for all their jewelry needs. Nadine interacts with her staff and customers in a warm, but efficient manner and is obviously a great leader. The store is beautifully maintained and each customer is greeted and serviced in a respectful manner. The Hannoush company should be very proud to have Nadine as an employee. I finally found the perfect wedding ring for my husband. Looked everywhere! We have been married for 15 years and I suspected that he was getting me an upgrade and I wanted to get him one too. Fran was amazing and was running around trying to get it ready before we went on vacation to Mexico. While in Mexico I found the perfect ring. I knew it probably wasn’t genuine but I didn’t care I already have a real diamond and I wanted something pretty to change it out with. I couldn’t wait to bring it to Hannoush to get it sized. I went there and spoke to Nadine she said she wasn’t sure if it was genuine and didn’t want to ruin it and I said well I trust you guys and if I’m gonna take it anywhere I’d rather just take it here. Well just as I suspected it wasn’t genuine. Nadine called me and told me when the heat touched it to be sized ALL the stones fell out every single one mind you there’s like 50 of them. It took them the entire day to put every single stone back! Mind you this is around Xmas very busy time for them obviously. Some of the stones were ruined so they replaced them with diamonds....yes I said DIAMONDS!!!!!! NO CHARGE! This place goes above and beyond to make their customers happy clearly. There are times a company goes above and beyond and it is not written about so only a select few know about it. I would like everyone to know. My son received a watch from his grandmother for his confirmation in the church. She bought the watch at Hannoush - The watch had an engraved back, it was really nice and he loved it. He loved it so much, he took it with him to a lake. The watch is water resistant, but in this case water made its way into the crown and stopped operating. Maybe a piece of sand got stuck in the dial, who knows, but my son was very upset. It was only a few months after the purchase date. We took it back to Hannoush with the receipt. They were not sure it was covered under warranty, but they said they would see what they could do. Some time went by and both my son and his grandmother received a call from Hannoush. It turns out it was there was a cost involved to fix it, but Hannoush generously offered to cover it. We received the watch the other day in great operating condition.
