Walked in and was greeted by a woman, I quickly learned that she doesn't speak ANY English, so she kept having to yell back for the other employee to translate what I said. I had to repeat myself multiple times because she couldn't understand what I was saying, again, because of the language barrier. The other lady is just sitting in the lobby on her phone, not helping whatsoever. When trying to ring me up, she rang me up for 2 sandwiches I didn't order. When I tried to tell her that wasn't what I got, she looked confused and asked the orher lady. The other lady was SUPER rude with me and kept getting annoyed because I was explaining that I wasn't paying for something I didn't get. (For context, I got rotisserie chicken, she charged me for roast beef, and then for steak, both cost more than what I got). The lady translating for her kept getting annoyed and short with me because she kept having to come over to me. "What are you doing ma'am? You're paying for your food" and I explained that I got ran up incorrectly. She got an attitude with me, I guess because I was getting on her nerves, so I just left.
I assume the woman who doesn't speak English is related to the owner because she wouldn't have been able to work there otherwise. She had absolutely zero idea what she was doing and couldn't even communicate with me...
Read moreTwo employees...seemed like they were training each other and had only been there for 2 hours. Neither one of them knew what the other was doing. I was told they didn't and won't have macadamia nut cookies and then couldn't tell us what cookies they did have in the display. Nice enough kids and the sandwiches were good for the most part. I watched him cut the wrong bread for my 6 inch and my sandwich measured out to be 4 inches. I watched as he looked at both sides and chose the shorter one for my sandwich so the next person got a bonus. I asked for multigrain and got Italian bread instead. Probably with more training these kids would be good. My son asked for mustard on his ham sandwich and had so much mustard the paper that the sandwich was in turned yellow. He tried to scrape off as much as he could but the damage was done. 1st time there...not sure if...
Read moreThe one reason that I normally visit a Subway is that it is consistent. This Subway was far from that on my visit. There were only six pieces of only white bread left around 6:45 pm. They were out of rotisserie chicken and also ran out of pickles while I was there. The bread was not Subway bread, most likely was purchased from the Kroger next door. I ordered a steak sub due to the lack of chicken. This also was not Subway steak as can be seen in the picture. Just to top all of this off, the sandwich toaster was either broken or the two young men working the store had already turned it off. They power cycled the toaster and placed my sandwich in as the toaster was cooling... This was an extremely poor experience and left me no reason to believe that it would be any different on a subsequent visit. Will not return and certainly do not reccomend going to...
