Ace No. 3 has been on my to-try list for some time. Finally made it. Let’s get right to it. First of all, I had the privilege of meeting Alyssa, the district manager. I get the feeling she loves her job. She is featured in one of my videos describing the loyalty program. Something you definitely need to sign up for. I love how fast free stuff adds up in loyalties. We tried the fried bologna sandwich which they told me should be available through the end of March but it’s been such a hit it may stay on the menu a bit longer; however, don’t miss out go now, you still have like 10 days to get here and try it! It’s deliciousness! Also tried the Ace double cheeseburger with the comeback sauce, a side of fries, onion straws, and sweet potato tots. Man, this burger lives up to the hype! We also made sure to order two shakes, one chocolate and the other vanilla as well as a few waters to go for the ride home. Gotta stay hydrated! Ace No. 3 is a must, I think they should sell bottles of the sauces because they are that good! I am telling you….. I began to dip my fries in the garlic aïoli as well as the comeback sauce & it became an addictive situation. There is a reason why the comeback sauce is famous! I “highly” recommend Ace No.3! Ace No 3 is a favorite of mine. This was my first time visiting the Concord Mills location though. My husband and I shared: - The Ace Burger - Burger Madness - Grand Prix Pepperjack - Fries - Confetti Cake Shake The Ace Burger is the one I always come back to as my favorite no matter what else I order. I enjoyed the rest of the food too. As painful as it is to give them 3 stars, the service was absolutely awful while we were there. We stood at the register for 15 minutes, completely ignored because they were busy. There was a huge line of people behind us too. I understand if a place is busy, but at a place that's fast casual, I would expect them to take our order so we can sit down and then there may be a longer wait for our food. The only reason we were ever able to place an order is because we went online (while standing at the register) and placed an order. So basically, they serve online customers, but not the ones standing in front of them. We saw many people leave because of how ridiculous it was. I have no idea if they ever took orders the entire time we were there. I still love Ace No 3, but I wouldn't go back to this location. I'll stick to Belmont/Myers Park from now on.

Decided to try this place out tonight after seeing it on some instagrams I follow. Opted for Concord Mills location because of distance. Highlights: - Plenty of parking and indoor/outdoor seating. Place looked clean even with plenty of people in there at the time. - I ordered the junior cheeseburger (just one patty) and the onion straws. All the reviews about too much salt, they’ve clearly fixed the problem. Lol I could’ve used a little more but not the end of the world! Garlic Mayo was legit. Onion straws were hot and crisp. Pattys are thinner, you could probably put down a double. Is it cheap? No, but not absurd. My meal pictured was $10 and then food was way better than any fast food joint for sure. Be prepared to wait a little. Food is made fresh. I think it took 10 minute but there was quite a few orders on the screen when I placed mine. Check it out. 9 out of 10 won’t be disappointed. There’s always one that will be no matter what. Lol

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ate here multiple times without an issue for the most part until tonight. I ordered a vegetarian burger for dinner and was basically disrespected, dismissed, and stole from as I wasn’t given the decency to get a refund. The first trip here went great, rung the doorbell and got my “food”. I had to drive a distance home just to sit down and see that I had a burger with pork. This was extremely frustrating as I was not nearby the restaurant and it was already late. I drove back to the restaurant and rung the doorbell for service. Carlos, the manager, walks by and makes eye contact with me but continues to walk. At this point I am ringing the doorbell multiple times and am waiting over five minutes to see Carlos on his phone texting. Exasperated, I go through the main door visibly upset as not only was my order wrong but I had to go beyond for service. I asked Carlos what was wrong with the doorbell and he said it was not working even though I had just been there less than an hour ago and had no issue with ringing it. During our conversation a worker named Reyna decides to stop and stare at me while holding cups. It is clear she is just trying to be nosy which is ludicrous in customer service as usually only a manager or those involved with the problem deal with customer disputes. Honestly, who likes to be gawked at? So, confused to the audience and glare I ask, “Can I help you” in which Carlos responds angrily “Don’t talk to my employee like that”. My response is “I don’t understand why I’m being stared at unless she’s a manager too to help?” Which Carlos says no. So at this point I have yet to receive an apology or even a question on what’s wrong with my order. For a manager Carlos lacks many skills so I don’t foresee a long career with his attitude nor approach in today’s climate. In conclusion, I was told to leave WITHOUT MY MONEY, let alone an offer to fix my food. I got the contact information for Evan, the GM, so I can’t wait to call tomorrow and corporate as it is now 10pm and I have no food options or money. Do not eat here, they lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. Also, if you don’t eat pork or beef… CHECK YOUR BURGER. PS* workers...

My husband and I decided to try Ace No. 3. This young man at the cash taking our order was awesome! He welcomed us as first time visitors to the restaurant. He listened intently to ensure he took our order correctly. He explained all the items on the menu. We ordered cheese burgers, onion rings, sweet potato tots, and I ordered a regular soda drink while my husband ordered a strawberry shake (regular shake, no alcohol) and I ordered a soft serve cup and a crispy treat (like a rice crispy treat).

All employees wore masks and gloves, which made us both very happy. Everything was very clean, except the beverage area, which not cleaned in awhile, but not disgusting.

The hamburgers were excellent, and made to order, just the way we like them. We both didn't like the sweet potato tots as they were very mushy for both our tastes, so we didn't finish eating them. The onion rings were real rings not just coating. They were crispy and good. The strawberry shake my husband ordered was incredibly delicious!!! I would order that next time. The soft serve cup was tasty and the crispy treat was good and it tasted fresh.

This place opened in March. There were quite a few people outside at the patio and a few inside. Everyone seemed very happy!

My husband and I would definitely go back again! We only hope that their potatoe tots could be much crisper next time - but all in all, it was well worth our...
