Absolutely horrible. The kids ordered pizza from here and thank god I have cameras. The delivery driver dropped the pizza out of the box and then carefully picked it up with his hands and placed it back in the box. After placing the dirty pizza back in the box he closed it and put the sauces on top and went to walk away. I came outside and he waved and said oh hi have a good night. Sirrrrrrr what I watched you drop the pizza on the ground and put it back in the box. He would have let the kids eat that pizza. I rarely look at my cameras but I just happen to look to make sure it was the delivery driver and that’s what I saw. I called the manager who said he would have to talk to the driver. I told him I can send him the video. He said he will call me back. He then txted and said please send the video I did and he called saying he can not give a refund but will send another pizza out. I said I don’t want that driver coming back to my house he stated don’t worry I have others. Then said I would be pissed too and have a good night. Read moreWaitied over a hour for 2medium pizzas. Once delivered pizzas we're cold. I had to warm them in microwave for my children to eat. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I explained that my food was cold. Manager was very rude and snappy saying that all delivery times are supposed to arrive 1hr to 1 and 45mins on days like today. He proceeded to tell me he wasnt preoapre with staff for holidays like today and for food to be delivered hot. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I said so your the manager and you can't fix what's just happened?!?!? I do not want more food or my order replaced. Scared to get something done to my food the way he was acting. He probably would allow food to be tampered with. I wanted a refund of my money. He continued to argue the fact the driver had my money and I couldn't get it back. I'm sure they have their driver's phone numbers and are able to get in contact with them somehow. I will be going to corporate about this manager and how bad of service we were given. Read moreI ordered my pizza through the website and it was dispatched BY DEFAULT to this location. This has happened twice now. The store manager, Graham, cancelled my order without calling or texting me. I happened to notice the order status changed to cancelled, so I called the store. He said my address is "outside the delivery area", but I'm literally 5 minutes away. He said he forwarded my order to the proper store and I should expect a call soon. I never got a call from any other store. I called around to all the local stores and figured out that he DID NOT forward my order. The gentleman I spoke to at the other store was very friendly and helpful. He told me that the store I originally ordered from (the one I'm reviewing) has problems like this frequently and that "They were probably just too busy so Graham probably cancelled it".
Ridiculous. Serve your customers. I'm 5 minutes away. Just deliver the pizza without the drama. I'm sure the regional management/supervisors would not be excited to learn that a store manager is turning...
