EDIT TO ADD: Today feb 27, my sister couldnāt get a hot coffee because they had NO HOT LIDS for the cups. My other sister and I ordered coffees with sweet cream foam on top, naturally we were handed our coffees with no foam on top which happens EVERY single time. They literally canāt get ANYTHING right. I went a couple weeks ago and saw what may have looked like a manager or owner there, a male with a collared shirt looking like he was there overseeing and assisting that DAY service was awesome and I had come again since hoping they heard our complaints and realized how awful this DD actually is but sadly, it was the ONLY day that was actually a normal DD experience. Thank gosh Starbucks is on its way. They wonāt survive after that š¤·š»āāļø
Original post: I just got home from yet another painful experience at this Dunkin. Every time you go they NEVER have what youāre asking for. Can I have? I have none left. Ok, can I have? No I have none left. Ok what about ..? I have only one left lmao ok well Iām a family of 5 so there goes our Dunkin breakfast.
11am no muffins ???? NEVER have every kind of bagel.. speaking of, 3 times no sesame bagel on way to the pool at 10am OR the order is wrong. Hasnāt it occurred yet TO INCREASE YOUR INVENTORY to make MORE sales and ACTUALLY HAVE what customers are asking for when they come during the hours of operation.
Can we also talk about how messed up (high) one of the employees were behind the counter today. Itās VERY OBVIOUS and not professional what so ever. I was sick to my stomach as she was wiping her nose with her hand and sleeve over and over again while picking my donuts. Her hair was a disaster, eyes barely open, jerky movements, just standing there swaying back and forth side to side, STARING at the machines like theyāre going to make the orders themselves, just a complete mess and embarrassment on Dunkinās part and those working along side her who clearly look like they're either ignoring it or donāt know what so ever. She rang someone up and never even charged them, gave them their food and said have a good day so the drawer was obviously $20 short. HAS NO IDEA what is going on there and food certainly isnāt going to come out any faster with someone like that.
The drive thru line is Soooo long every single time and if you go inside thinking itās better, NOT even close! You just stand there while they ignore you for nearly 30 minutes tending to the drive thru line because there is NO organization or enough staff what so ever. HIRE enough people! You have drive thru staff, Front counter staff and the cooks in the back preparing and sending it up and out. Counter person gets donuts muffins etc makes coffee for counter people. Drive thru takes drive orders SIMPLE. They really need to figure their Shi* out before Starbucks arrives and drowns them.
I was so excited a Dunkin was coming here and itās been a real let down being that I still haven't been able to get the things I enjoy eating with my coffee unless I arrive at 6am to try to get the one of 10 they have in stock and/or wait 45 minutes on a line that should take no more than 3 mins per car IF THAT.
Please fire and re-hire or train properly or look at management or something because itās a great location with great potential but itās prob the absolute WORST location Iāve ever been to and the service is absolutely awful, No one has a clue whatās going on and I really would like to be able to come just once at least and get my family everything they would like without hearing 5 times sorry weāre out. šš» ...

However, my recent experiences at this Dunkinā Donuts location have been extremely disappointing. Iāve given this place countless chances (I have receipts to back this up), yet the wait times remain absurd, and they rarely have the items I orderāeven when I place my orders online ahead of time.
One recent example: I ordered a large quantity of donut holes for my sonās soccer team. When I arrived at the drive-thru, they tried to give me someone elseās order. After correcting them, I was handed what I thought was mine, only to discover 5 miles down the road that I had received just 5 donut holes instead of the 25 I ordered. I called the store repeatedly, but no one answered. When I later went back to the store, the employee at the counter told me they donāt answer the phone because āonly telemarketers call,ā which was shocking to hear.
Today was the final straw. I ordered three spider donuts for my daughter online, but when I arrived, I was told they were sold out. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to contact corporate or use the app, which added unnecessary frustration. On top of that, the rest of my order was handed to me in a box that was soggy from sitting in a spilled drink. It was unacceptable. Like she was okay with giving them to me she clearly saw as she tried to wipe it off.
This location could greatly benefit from better training, improved ordering processes, and more attentive customer service. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for an incomplete order, and then be expected to chase...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a horrible, unacceptable experience this morning. Placed my order, paid at the window. Was handed some items but a couple things I ordered were forgotten. I nicely told them I was missing my items. After being handed them I said thank you can I please get a straw for my drinks. She said they're in the bag, I looked over in my bag and said I'm sorry but they're not, she argued with me and then got a straw. I said thank you l, took the straw and began driving away. She then stuck her head out the drive through window and screamed you're so rude. So I stopped and asked her for a manager which she refused at first, saying she was in the freezer, so I said that's fine I can wait then she told me she wasn't getting her because I was holding up her line. She finally got the manager so I could discuss what happened. The manager was very apologetic. This Dunkin gets a bad wrap for being rude, taking 45 minutes for a cup of coffee and the inability to function, but yet I have given it a chance time after time. Today I was called rude for asking for a straw for my coffee and then was also told I "snatched it out of her hand". In no way was I aggressive getting the straw for my coffee. Until management can address the unprofessional behavior this place will fail. They lost my daily business and I promise this won't be the last time someone is treated so poorly. Extremely...
