As my wife and I were leaving we decided to reorganize the bag that was given to us (a rather haphazard packing) when she found Emily's keycard in our food. Despite having been down the road we doubled back, I didn't want Emily to struggle to replace it, find it, or otherwise (we've all been there). I brought it back in, she immediately starts shouting at an employee like he did it, (perhaps a prank they play?) I told her that it was in my bag of food. She barely acknowledged me and continued talking to the employee. I didn't expect much, but a thank you or apology would have been nice, to say the least. Upon arriving at home I realize that the two salads, nuggets, and tenders are all missing their dressing/sauces. I tried to call to have a conversation with the supervisor, who it turns out IS Emily. She offered to replace my food (a 20-minute drive), and when I explained that was not possible she became very condescending, speaking to me as a supervisor does to an employee. The conversation went nowhere productive, so I decided to end the attempt at reconciling the issue, informed her that I would be making this feedback to corporate since she could not find any resolution to the issue, at which point she called me "petty" and said "have a nice day" repeatedly until she basically hung up. There isn't much for us to go on yet, being that this was only our second visit, so I sincerely hope this is not the typical behavior of your managers and employees. I have to say that during both visits everyone else was friendly, helpful, and kind, with the obvious exception of "Emily". The food came out promptly and has been delicious both times. We love your restaurant and want to come back, we are still hoping that we will receive our complete meals on...
Read moreThis is the first time I've ever been here, after being told for months by a friend to come here and try the chicken tenders.
At first glance, I was a little confused - there's no menu board to look at while you're standing in line. The only menus are in front of the 2 registers, as well as an additional one off to the left of the restaurant.
Everyone that works here seems to be very attentive and polite, which is great. Caroline helped me out at the counter, she was very helpful and polite. I was sitting for probably about 5-10 minutes after I ordered until my name was called for food. Which, considering the rush I walked into, isn't too bad.
I got my food and managed to finish it within half an hour, so if you've only got that much time you should be set here. I've got an hour for my lunch, so I ended up just relaxing and buying a 1/2 priced milkshake - which was advertised on a sign next to the kitchen (great placement by the way).
I'll be back here again in the future. $8 for a 3pc tender meal was pretty good, but I think to fill me up I'll have to get the 4pc meal next time. Oh, and you can get as many sauces as you want for no extra charge... so I...
Read moreReally inconsistent. When it's good, its really good, when its bad, you wish you went to mcdonalds instead. I eat at this location usually once a week, as I work down the street. Some days the food is hot, fresh, and well portioned. Other days it's cold, soggy, and half the amount. Salads are usually consistent in quality, but vary greatly in size, sometimes they are more than you would want, other times, it seems half is missing. Hot fresh fries are as good as anyone's, but sometimes you end up with a cold mushy ball of potatoes. The last few months the tea has tasted terrible, like the dispenser has cleaner remnants in it. I tried the general tso's bowl today and it was comically small, the fortune cookie I got was so stale i was able to unfold it flat without breaking it. I really really like this restaurant, but have a hard time going lately as I am more times than not disappointed in the quality. (ironic?) I know how good it can be! Tenders in Cornelius is the same food (same company) but always...
