Disappointed. What was formerly the most reliable BoJangles in the area has now fallen off the charts in terms of reliability, product quality, & order accuracy.
I am a self-admitted BoJangles fan. They are my absolute favorite fast food restaurant. However, in the last 6 months, I can't rely on the North Rhett location to even be open, much less serve food to my expectations. Not, that I'm expecting Michelin Star restaurant level food.
I backed off my morning stop for a while & waited to give them time to train or whatever was needed to improve. So I remain disappointed, as things may have regressed, versus improved. The first morning I was going to stop back, sure enough, the North Rhett location wasn't open on time. So I went out of my way to Hardee's.
This week, I stopped again because I was coming into work a little later than usual, & knew they would be open by then. I ordered Cajun Chicken Fillet meal, large sized with seasoned fries. First issue, although I was the only customer, I was asked to pull ahead & they would bring it out. Second issue, when the meal arrived, the fries were small. However, there were now several cars in the drive through, so I didn't ta k e the time to have them correct their error. I went on to work & sat down to eat my breakfast. Third issue, the biscuit was old & hard. It crumbled when you bit into it. Fourth issue, the wrong size season fries I received were not even seasoned, not even regular salt was on them.
I love BoJangles, but paying over $8 for breakfast, which I am willing to do, & receiving old food, incorrect portions, & sub par quality is going to prevent me from stopping there for awhile.
The Ashley Phosphate location is now the more reliable restaurant, but they have trouble opening on time as well.
As much as would like to provide BoJangles with my business, I've never experienced a Hardee's or McDonald's that fails to open on time. So while I prefer BoJangles food, I also require reliability. I'm trying to remain loyal to my favorite breakfast, but you are making it very hard for me to do so.
I do go to the Moncks Corner location on the weekends & have never been disappointed. But they are 8 miles in the wrong direction as I'm coming to work. I supposed all my BoJangles business will be regulated to the weekend.

Read moreI went in here in morning time. I was picking up a GrubHub. This is the second or third time I've been to the store and every time I go there they are very rude and slow at filling orders. This particular time I had a lady make all five of the delivery orders mine was the first one she finished making. She refused to give any of them out until she got all five of them done. So I ended up having to stand there in an extra 10 to 15 minutes waiting on her to fill all the orders. Then she gave me my order didn't ask me to confirm it in front of her. She's screaming at me and another delivery driver as we going towards the door. she's yelling at us to confirm our orders over and over again in front of five or six customers that are standing in line. Then the rude part comes we got you on camera if you didn't confirm. If the restaurant is worried about delivery driver stealing the food. Get them to confirm it before you give them the bag. So you're not being rude and nasty to people when they're trying to leave in front of a restaurant full of customers. I thought it was really unprofessional of this lady to be screaming like that at me and the other driver that was leaving because she could have got us to confirm the orders in front of her. First i asked could my sausage be cooked longer on my sandwich because sometimes it be pink in the middle and the employee snapped at me and told me i will have to wait that was strike one i just politely said ok. Next when i received my drinks which was 3 sweet teas i asked could i swap them due to it being unsweet watered down and just disgusting the man told me no because i already ordered. And proceeded to getting smart with me by saying i should have ordered it at the speaker that was strike 2. After i waited for my food i received went to look in the bag and all my food was out of its packages and thrown in the bag it looked liked they dropped my food and kicked it around there floor. That was strike 3 i then called the store 3 times b4 someone answered hello! I asked to speak to the GM and some rude female said this is she its latrice. I then no longer wanted to speak to her and asked for Corporate number she told me to hold on the HUNG UP ON ME! THAT.
