I have stayed here a few times, the food is okay. However, on this trip I learned that you don't walk up at 10 minutes before closing time. They wont service you. I arrived at 9:50 and asked the front desk where the bartender was and she said probably in the back. She said you can go look for him. I’m a guest in the hotel & I called down to order & is put on hold for 7 min hearing a drunk customer talk about flights before Renee return to the phone.
