Me and my family went to celebrate my brothers birthday with Sunday lunch. The service was terrible and the food was cold and nasty. I don't know what happened to this location but it used to be really good with great service. This was my go to place to eat always. After yesterday me or my family will never return. The waitress was very rude and kept telling us they were out of ranch , they were out of to go boxes and when we asked for napkins she brought 2 napkins and we were a party of 9 plus. The waitress was angry with another table she was tending to and took it out on all of us. Eye rolling and rude facial expressions. I thought that we would all get our appetizers first then our lunch we ordered. The waitress brought out some appetizers and then lunch plates all at different times. She finally brought us ranch in a black plastic container and it had may a squirt of ranch in it. We asked what is this she advised we ran out of ranch. We asked for two birthday desserts and she brought out a shot glass with half of a half of vanilla ice cream and 5 cherries for them we asked what is this she said they ran out of supplies so that was all they could offer. We wanted to order dessert after our meal and the waitress said you all have to pay the bills for the food we ate and then order dessert on another separate order. She brought out the dessert after about 30 -40 min and one of them had no ice cream she said she went to get the ice cream and came back with nothing. She said that she needs the to go container with the dessert to show the cooks that no ice cream was included. Weird. She said she doesn't know why they need it. Not to mention all the particles floating in our drinks. Good thing we are not a family that complains and gets upset. We simply thanked the waiter and half our party left while we were still waiting on items to come out. The waitress was on the way back but decided to discuss what time she came in and what time she is leaving while holding our food in her hands while we waited. Hopefully someone of higher management sees this and does something about it. Bring back the old Applebee's please with waitresses that our friendly and better quality of food. Also try to bring customers food out hot not cold . You would think the hours and hours of waiting time the food would be piping hot. We still tipped the waitress well even though she did not deserve it with her terrible...
Read moreI rarely ever leave reviews. But I needed to on this one as I am feeling dirty after eating here today. I have come here many times over the years and watched the quality of this place plummet- and today was unreal. The hostess, a heavy set male was snotty with me when i asked for a booth. He made it clear that they want to reserve the booths for people with more than one on their party. But for me, I have back problems and don’t want to sit at a table. I asked if there was any parties waiting for one as there was no one else that was in line to be seated (which there was not) , and there was obviously an open booth right in front of me. After I finally got a booth (against the hostesses push to seat me elsewhere) then I got a waiter- he was the best part of the night, as he was actually very tentative and helpful. But the food when it came out was hideous. (Again, I eat here often and am used to things tasting a certain way.) but today, the lettuce was yellow, the salmon had no flavor except a taste of chemicals, the onion soup was slightly cold and the cheese was not even melted anymore as it turned hard on top with the cooler temperature likely from sitting around. There were barriers blocking each booth and the bar area so you are confined in a box when you eat there with no ability to people watch or see anything except the brown board like patricians. It was like being in prison. After I paid my $60+ Tab, I then used the restroom. The bathroom had wet dirty tp all over the floors, it had to hanging from the roll to the ground, the toilets had stuff in them I flushed, and it was a pig pen. When I finished there and went to leave I had to walk down an isle of booths where something that looked like vomit was all over the floor. The employers were all seemingly busy (as the waiters seem to be run ragged) the two hostesses a heavy guy and a girl were chatting at the entrance- but the vomit (or what ever it was - was all over on the carpet. I had to step over it on 2 or 3 places. The place was like a ghetto prison cafeteria. The only thing good that came put of it was the one good server I had thank God!!!! When I left, the snotty hostess gave me a dirty look. (He saw me looking at Hod name tag earlier to call the manager). Good crimony. I seriously left feeling sick and dirty! 🤢🤢🤢. Terrible experience! Waste of hard...

We got set at our booth Quicker than anticipated. Upon sitting down in our boot we noticed that it was quite chilly in the restaurant so we flagged down the young lady Name,Christine to ask her could she please turn the air down At least ask the manager to turn the air down we did not know that our night will be turned around quickly as she also was our server, for the evening very nice very polite and kept things moving at a temple which made you not feel rushed. The bartender was out of sight making these new $5 drinks that applebee's are starting to serve now they were! very very good, well balanced and filled to the brim Our food was nice and hot hats off to Cooks. Each one of the team members had a smile on their faces So it was a very enjoyable pleasant evening to see everybody enjoying getting back to normal it's normal I even had an opportunity to speak with the general manager Dennis To let him know what an Aaaaaa team that he has, hats off to you North Las Vegas Putting on a spectacular Friday night show for the people of North Las Vegas 👍 😀...
