Del Taco — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible service and rude managers! All are franchises, so pick another one. Went last night about 10:30pm. The girl taking the order never said anything until I said I was ready to order. She did not know what queso loaded nachos were and put fries because she couldnt find nachos on the box. Get to the window and she never says a word to me. Hands me the receipt and closes the window. I noticed that she charged me for fries and not nachos. I get the attention of a man working. He was very nice. Another woman comes to the window and hands me the nachos. Then asks me what else I ordered. I said, you have my receipt. I finally get everything and had to ask for my receipt back. The receipt was all crinkled like someone balled it up to throw it away. I said to the woman that they didnt have to be so rude. Very rudely she replied, who is being rude. I said the girl that took my order. She said she has only been there a week. I'm honestly surprised that she is still there after one week. The only nice person there was the man. The 2nd woman was also rude and looked at you like she wanted to fight you. I will not be back to this location. I dont even live in Vegas. This type of service is unacceptable and does not need to happen. All I simply did was order food.

*In response to the restaurants reply. I have filled out the form twice now. I do not want a response from the store operator as that is the problem! I also do not want free food. If they would just go next door to Jack In The Box and go through the drive thru, they will learn how an establishment should treat...

When I walked in there was only one customer at the register being waited on. The cashier took his order and walked away without acknowledging my presence. I watched as she talked to another crew member, helped with a drive thru order, chatted with another crew member, and made the order for the man in front of me. Since I was made to wait for so long, I started glancing around the store. Ugh! It looked dingy and dirty. The store is dreary and it looks run down. It just doesn't look clean at all. While carrying his food to the counter, an item of his fell off of the tray onto the floor. She picked it up, put it back on the tray and asked him, "Uhm, do you want me to make another?" I just stood there in shock. This was a question? OMG! It was wrapped so he just took it. OMG! FINALLY she walked to the register to take my order. She didn't look up at my SHOCKED face until she asked my name. Here's where I REALLY get ticked! I went there for my mother. She saw their commercial for the fish tacos and wanted to try them. I used her bank card. I gave the cashier MY name and I'm NOT an authorized user on my mothers bank card. She never even noticed the name difference. The names aren't even close. They received two stars from me only because my mother enjoyed the fish tacos. I told her to find someplace else to order them from. That store gives me the creeps. I WILL NEVER GO BACK...

Del Taco is an amazing fast food restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food at an affordable price. I recently visited Del Taco and was blown away by the fantastic flavors of their dishes. The Grilled Stuffed Chicken Quesadilla was definitely my favorite, but everything I tried was absolutely delicious.

What sets Del Taco apart from other fast food restaurants is the quality of their food. I've gotten used to going to fast food places and having good but not great flavor, but at Del Taco, I get great flavors that are truly unique. It's so unusual to find this kind of flavor in a fast food restaurant, but Del Taco has managed to do it perfectly.

The prices at Del Taco are also very reasonable, and I was amazed that I was able to get so much food for only $8. I left feeling very full and satisfied, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes.

Overall, I would highly recommend Del Taco to anyone looking for a fast food restaurant that offers great food at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. You've got to try this out! I most definitely recommend...
