This store is "understaffed". I'm in a hotel literally down the street for 2 months on military orders. 3 times in a row over the course of month my order is jacked up in some way. Mostly with delivery.
First it was an hour on the dot and when it arrived, the driver brought me someone else's order. I had to drive to the store to get it because it never left the store despite the automated voicemail telling me it did.
Second time was a little over an hour. Not a big deal but I'm down the street, why did it take that long?
This time, order placed at 7:40 pm. Called to check at 8:55 .Automated message tells me it left the store at 8:15 pm. I was told by whoever answered to call back if it didn't arrive in the next 15 minutes. It didn't. Called back at 9:13 to cancel the order and asked for a refund.
Worst service I've ever had with a dominoes in any part of the country I've been to in my 13 of traveling for work.
I understand understaffed like they mention every time I call. Or only 1 driver. I don't mention I'm military or ask for special treatment. I haven't yelled or cursed out the staff. But I'm barely 6 blocks away! Only store that delivers to my hotel. Diminoes, fix your staffing or shut the store down so people don't waste their money or time on this...

Mom the driver said (CAN I HAVE A TIP) I thought that was unprofessional and it should be my choice whether I was going to give a tip or not and I did leave a tip Because that’s what I do. After I sent my son downstairs, I was confused and appalled So I decided to called the store to make persons in charge aware of the situation and when I called I ask to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager, and I expressed to him what I experience and he told me that the driver doesn’t speak English. I have footage of this man talking at my front door it was Perfect English so the manager basically called me a liar and lied to me. I have a doorbell camera thank you Sir!
