Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I walked up to the counter and was asked to wait and that the staff on cash would be with me in a minute. She had cash drawers out on the counter so I assumed it would indeed be a minute. I ended up placing a mobile order cuz I figured it would be a little quicker to get my order in. It was, because when I was done she still wasn’t ready. It did not help Steph (another staff) came over to have a conversation with her, presumably related to staff scheduling. The team member behind the register pulled out her phone and stated she didn’t have so and so’s number so Steph hollered to ask. I just leave them alone and go to the pick up area to wait for my order where Steph greets me with a “can I help you?” “just waiting to pick up an order” “…Do you have a name?” I sure do, but thanks for asking that way. I gave her my name and order number and she responds, “oh, this just came in.” I proceeded to wait for my order to be made. It did seem like the staff could use a coffee as it was a bit of a drag. I watched them fill a mobile order placed after mine before they completed my drinks. And when the order was ready it was placed on the counter and still not given to me until another staff asked Steph to assist me. Haven’t tried the coffee yet. We all have bad days, clearly I am having one too. Keep your head up, guys. A hello or a smile, even behind a mask, could...

I love dunkin donuts..but this location sucks. First off, they do a poor job making their donuts..many times i came here and got donuts with hardly any fillings, or little to no frosting, sometimes the frostings are poorly spread, also either their the box had gotten bigger or their donuts are getting smaller. There were times also when the donuts i got were hard as a rock.. Also everytime i go to the drive thru and tell them that i would like to pick the dozen donuts..they make you feel that its such a hassle..there were even few times that they told me i cant pick out the donuts if i go to the drive thru..and today i felt i was being scolded and told that if i say assorted..it means they pick out the donuts and not me.. I mean theres pinkbox and krispykreme just a block away from this place but i still chose to go to dunkin donuts because of the bavarian cream and maple frosted..but if things dont change in this store..i might just start going to krispy kreme or pink box instead..which my kids and my wife...

The workers here are so rude they don't say hi they don't say anything to you at all they act as if its a problem you are there. The last couple of times I have come here, this is how it's been. One time they messed up my order so bad they made me park in front to only bring me out one thing then I asked where the rest of my order was and he seemed surprised then said I will go get it, we'll he never came "they weren't busy"I had already paid for everything so I don't know why he wasnt bringing out my order, I then had to go in there to get my stuff they acted as if I was the problem the manager anyway the guy was pretty nice but kepted missing my items, they ended up giving me my stuff one by one making it one by one and taking their time, it took over 40mins to get all my items it's was only 4 coffees and 2 sandwiches like really I told the managers she did not care.
