Jimmy John's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This has got to be the worst establishment I have ever dealt with. I order from here all the time because of convenience. Out of the last 5 orders 3 of them were either wrong, late, or sloppy. I ordered today at 12:10 by 12:20 it said my order was out for delivery. At 12:45 I had to call the store to find out what is going on because the website says that my food was delivered. The only problem is I did not receive the order! When I called the person who answered the phone stated "Oh we are slammed and having some delays, but your order is on its way". No customer service whatsoever. Apparently they do not appreciate repeat customers, because if they did they would handle the situation differently. It is now 1:00 and still no sight of the delivery. LUNCH IS OVER NOW THANKS JJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: Tried giving jimmy johns another chance and they failed miserably! Placed an order at 12:28. It is now 1:50 and my sandwich literally just showed up! I will never order from this location again! I don't even want to give this location any star. We ordered a 2 sandwich delivery and nothing arrived. We called the store and were told they have a confirmation picture of delivery. When I asked to have the image sent to me I was told they could not confirm the delivery because it was on an employees phone. I asked if they would make it again because obviously it was delivered to the wrong house. I said I would come and pick it up if they would make it again and I was told no, they would not do that. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was the assistant and he was all that I could talk to. I asked for the corporate number and I was told I needed to get it off the website. Well there is no number on the website! Bad store to do business with. SO WE WERE CHARGED FOR NOTHING!!!!! ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER...

I actually love Jimmy John's and have NEVER had an issue with my order however, today I went in and asked for a #9 cut in half with hot peppers. I get home and see I don't have hot peppers nor the vinegar or whatever type of dressing goes on the sandwich so I call to advise of both issues and was told I can pick up the hot peppers (understandable) but I also requested to have the sandwich remade because it doesn't have the dressing. I was then told they are out for the day. I then ask, do you tell the customers when you are out of something that actually goes on the sandwich and I was told no, they don't tell customers when they are out of ingredients. By not telling the customers when they are out of something is not beneficial to the company nor customers. Missing ingredients makes the sandwich taste totally different and not...
