Mood - Burger Cravings

I was in a mood. Not wanting to do anything, but wanting to get out of the house. Not knowing what I was craving, but knowing I was starving. My daughter said hey I know what will cheer you up.... let's go get burgers. Almost like a curious dog my ears perked up and I instantly went online to research.

Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if we had questions about the menu. It is pretty self explanatory. Burgers/Sandwiches/ Baked delights. You pretty much can't go wrong.

We opted for the Bacon Swiss Burgers, and Beignets, and Tea. The burgers are a great size and the flavors were on point. Now I will admit I would have given 5 stars but we ordered 1 to go without mayo. It was even confirmed no mayo would be added. Got home, mayo was on it, and it had to be trashed.

Interior is quaint. It is not necessarily meant for dine in. So the pictures you see for dine in presentation are for advertising. Everything is packaged in to'go containers. Everything was very clean.

Would recommend- pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. The customer service was amazing. She was so friendly and beyond hospitable. They did a great job hiring her.

We were thrilled to discover our local milk tea shop had reopened, transformed into a dazzling new space! The moment we arrived, the vibrant bouquets of fresh flowers greeting us set a delightful tone. The interior was sparkling clean, with modern decor that made the small shop feel both spacious and inviting.​ The service was exceptional, with staff beaming as they showed off the revamped menu. They proudly emphasized how all ingredients were freshly sourced daily, and it truly showed in every sip. The fruit tea was bursting with the flavor of ripe, juicy fruits, while the classic milk tea had a rich, creamy texture from the high - quality milk and tea leaves.​ What impressed us most was the immaculate hygiene. Every surface gleamed, and the preparation area was spotless, giving us complete peace of mind. Our kids were over the moon with the strawberry smoothie, and we couldn't resist another cup of the fragrant jasmine milk tea. I came in yesterday, as this is our 2nd time here and picked up a carry out order. We ordered a cowboy burger, a sandwich, and macaroons. There was only one worker, named Lola, who was the sweetest, and kindest worker I've ever seen. The food was delicious and the service was fast, thanks to her. My question is, WHY do you have ONE PERSON running your entire little cafe? I have never seen another person helping her especially when there's a lot of orders and people inside. She is an amazing employee that deserves better. You need to hire more people for HELP.

I want to continue supporting local businesses, but if this is the way you treat your only staff worker, and refusing to hire others to help, we will not be returning. Help her!!!
