Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I went through the drive-thru tonight. I ordered a caniac combo well done french fries with a large sweet tea. Got to the cashier, she was super super super super nice. She gave my dog a doggie treat. Great customer service, she needs a wage increase! But when I got to the window to pick my food up they asked me to pull up because my order was not done. I politely said no, I will wait. I wasn't rude at all. Then the young lady went and got some one else. They asked me the same thing.I told her no, I will wait. She went and got somebody else and I told her the same thing politely that I will wait. She was very very rude. She wanted to go back and forth we on me on me pulling up to get my meal that I had been waiting on in that long line already. She said that it was 3 minutes waiting on the fries. I said as long as it's going to take you to talk to me to pull up, my meal will be ready she wanted to sit there and go back and forth with me on my meal that I paid for some more. I got upset and told her to pull up my fries now give me my meal. I felt harassed on the meal that I paid for. The manager had a smile on her face. Nothing was funny. I have set their many times and waited on somebody else to complete their order. I paid for my food the way I wanted and I should have gotten it the way I paid for it. I was a paying customer just like everyone else. Why didn't I get treated that way. No respect. The French fries was soggy, cold and nasty. The chicken was soggy as well. Do not go to this location if you want your food done right. No stars. Very bad customer service. The manger of this store really need to do a barrel training on customer service with customers who pay their hard-earned money. I highly do not recommend this...

We stopped here on our way back home from Los Angeles. The food was great. The chicken fingers were so tender and the amount of food was a good portion. I got a kids meal for me because I wasn’t that terribly hungry and that alone was enough food for me. My children loved their chicken plates. They loved the chicken and wish we had one of these restaurants in Utah. I used the restroom and that is where the 4 stars comes in. There was a huge hole in the wall and a rag where a pipe was leaking. You could tell that the rag has been there a little while and there was water on the floor that the rag wasn’t soaking up. The service was good and quick. We got our food to go. Our food was served warm/hot and nobody was hungry after the food was consumed. In fact I had to throw some fries away that nobody could eat. Oh the kids did complain about the bread. They said it was ok but nothing special. My kids loved their sauce. We will come back if we are...

Here's a tip for you hungry folks: if you want a good amount of fries, always ask to dine in. I always asked to dine in every visit but sometimes they would put my order in the takeout box. I could care less for any other fast food place..... except Cane's, because they know exactly what they're doing. Usually I give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened to me more than three times. They think they can get away and play games with us by serving half the portion as the dine-in plate. But they can't fool me because I know their dirty tricks. Imagine having to finish your fries first before you finished your chicken fingers. Imagine having to use one ketchup sauce instead of two. Imagine still being hungry because you chose to order take out instead of dining in. Y'all better not mess with my fry portions because I will find out eventually.

Chicken and bread are still on point and I will go back...
