Wil Cafe Creole — Restaurant in North Lauderdale

I went in at 11am for the fried pork chunks. I was told that it wasn't ready yet and that i came too early . I went back at 5 pm and ordered two orders to go. Total was $27.78. I payed with my card . I signed her receipt and ask for my copy , the clerk told me i can't get a copy. I had a hard time believing two plates were almost $30. I asked for a menu and she said they didn't have any. As a Haitian restaurant, this is the worst place i've ever been to. The server does not know how to welcome customers to the restaurant. I had to repeat my order 3times to her, and she still got it wrong. How hard is it to get a simple order wrong. This lady didn't look pleasant at all. Cashier is rude and go g speak English at all. She told me my food was 10.00 when I order but when I got there it went up 10 $17.00.
