I would have normally gave this smoke shop five stars because I come there all the time and I never have any issues with the young lady that I deal with. She’s always looking out for me trying to give me discounts on purchases, but I came to the store a few days ago, and was immediately greeted with hostility , I was never asked if I need any help. I was never asked if I found everything I was looking for just awkwardly, stared at as if that wasn’t the worst the cashier, a heavyset, gentleman sitting down in a chair behind the cash register begin to ring me up for my items and told me the total was $37 and some change. He had already overcharged me for items. I’ve brought there several times at a lower price but I wasn’t going to complain but it was unusual that my total would come up to $37 so I again ask the cashier to check the total he went over everything and I asked for a receipt. When I walked outside, I took my time to read the receipt. I realize he overcharged me for an extra item as I return inside of the. Store I told the gentleman that he had overcharged me. He immediately got hostile with me , saying yea your right but there’s nothing I can do. The owner is not here I can’t void it I can’t give you a refund. All I can do is give you me a store credit and I told him that I didn’t want a store credit. I want my money back he begin to aggressively take the tip money out of his tip jar. Rudely pass the money to me. And also made a statement like I won’t give you a discount the next time you come in here. Unbelievable that guy...

This place has come a long way since opening, then covid. Sales guy 9/26 rocked! They did not have the 4/5 dollar part I needed. But educated me on other available things that would need my needs. Bought an OOZE green and black aqua pipe for my clumsy self. Dude needs a raise. Promised I'd leave a review. And I keep visiting again and again. Chris and Chasitdy are always on point. Fast courteous and can suggest great products that never disappoint. The run great sales, like Bogos and nice %'s off products that are even cheaper than most online places. Check em out. I must say Gustavo is a gem. I literally only like to shop in store when he is there. He is very friendly and he knows a lot, he's very knowledgeable. He interacts with everyone that comes in and he knows how to help pretty much everybody. Gustavo is the a very kind genuine and authentic person that everyone needs to encounter at some point in their life. I am very grateful for him. Is very patient as well.
