Marshalls — Local services in Tamarac

Someone named 'Jackie' who works in this store and claims to be a store manager - is not actually one, she is just a coordinator, and she refused to get a manager when I requested one. She claims that extended holiday return policy only applies to holiday-themed items! She wasted a good amount of my time yesterday and gave me a giant headache when she vehemently refused over and over and over again to issue a refund for items purchased within the extended return time frame because, as she claimed, they were not christmas-themed items! I had a receipt and all items were with original tags. The purchase date was end of October, which falls under the extended holiday policy return time frame. The policy is posted by the checkout lanes. I had to contact another Marshalls store location and ask for their manager, place the call on speaker and let this 'Jackie' hear her reiterate the holiday return policy! Her ghetto attitude toward me was discriminatory and inexcusable. I love Marshalls & TJ Maxx stores, but where do you get these people? I have no patience for liars, manipulators or people who pull information out of their rear end and try to pass it off as a fact. Then she just walked away after she gave me a giant headache and did not have the decency...

I am absolutely frustrated with my experience at this Marshalls. I just spent 15 minutes trying to find a pair of sunglasses, and the employees were of no help whatsoever. Every time I asked for assistance, I was just sent to different areas of the store without any real direction. When I asked the lady at the dressing room if she could find someone to walk me to the spot where they have the glasses, she told me she couldn't leave her station, which I understood. However, there was another store associate right by her who just rolled her eyes at me and continued fixing the shelves, completely ignoring my request. I eventually gave up and went to the register, only to be told by the cashier that they didn’t even have sunglasses in stock. The lack of customer service was beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable. This was a huge waste of my time, and I won’t be returning to this store...

I didn't have good experience in marshalls Located on Tamarac,FL. The woman that working in fitting room area on August,19, 2018 was very rude with me. she count 14 pcs of items from me and told to take them with me in the fitting room. I got all items and cause all those clothes made me busy, I went to men room by accident. after a few minutes I left the fitting room to ask Something then she got mad when saw I'm coming from the men room and very rude told me why you went that side you can make me on trouble!!!!! when I asked her did you see I'm going to the wrong side to correct me? She said I didn't see you!!!! very ridiculous cause all her job is to watch everyone with every items not to arguing with customer about her mistakes. By the way she made me move all 14 clothes to the ladies room. it was the terrible shopping I had...
