Fresh, comfort food, but not always accurate orders. I've been going to this Mcalisters for a decade now. I used to dine-in pre pandemic and it was a great go to, reliable, fresh, and delicious. I can't live without the tea! Now, post pandemic I relied on pickup and delivery. The replacement of staff has led to a slew of problems. Out of the last ten pickup orders not one has delivered on a tea having lemon as I ordered it. Not one time! The food is still fresh veggies which is great until you discover that you are almost always missing one thing or two from an order. When i order a salad its pretty important to also have a dressing with that salad, but alas not important to the staff. Twice I've picked up an order only to see someone ahead of me returning for a forgotten item in their own order. I know the feeling as I've had so many experiences of the same. I'll miss Mcalisters, but I'm taking a break extensively until one day maybe they can take orders...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IN ADVANCE. I placed an online order at about 10:30 to be picked up at 11:40. However, when the order was placed it gave me a pickup time of 10:56. I immediately called the store to please ask them to push the order back. They essentially said that the computer automatically sets the time and they would have no way to push it back. ???? I’ve worked in several food establishments growing up and this was a common request that was never an issue. They made me feel like my request to hold off on it was an utterly insane and out of this world thing to ask. It almost felt like the girl over the phone was offended I would even ask for such an inconvenience.
