We were beginning our order when the employees realized they had no steak. Fine. A girl named Destiny cooked steak. The manager had already steamed the tortillas, put rice and beans; then, another group of people walked in. My order was now anything but the employees priority. Of all people—the manager—who then prattled along with these other people that came in after me. My burritos are getting cold. Steak is in the pan. The other persons order was almost done and it was a large order. The girl who was on cash went to dish, the guy who was adding extras finished rolling two burritos and walked out of the restaurant. The girl who went to dishes then walked out of the restaurant. I’m still standing there. No chips in a basket. No anything but me being ignored. I stood in line for 15 minutes when I was the only person there. I have lived in multiple countries and states in the United States. I have never seen so much incompetence and utter disregard in this short of a time frame in my life. This “manager” had no idea her employees left. I told her. Still no food. The line was dirty as was the dining room, tables, and floor. Oh and the bees are back in the corner by the tv. Clean your restaurant. Repair the dingy broken things. Call an exterminator. This Moe’s location was fast, friendly, and clean 10 years ago. After I got fed up with the staff, I realized how dirty and busted things look. Fix your kitchen door. It looks like trash inside this place. You want to charge people $10 for an entree and the common areas look like the drain of a dish pit. I don’t want to imagine the kitchen or walk-in. Please bring back the Moe’s that was clean, attentive, and pleasant. You can’t even hear the music anymore. This is a disappointment of colossal magnitude. If I hadn’t waited for an extremely unnecessary amount of time, I would have paid for my food. That manager wasted my time, disrespected me, and has wasted your time and money in the process. I’m not paying for cold food. No one should. Please fix this before you lose this...
Read moreThe first time I ordered through bitesquad they left a lot of my food out. My husband and I tried it again but this time we ordered ahead to go pick it up. We placed the order at 6:23pm and it said our order will be ready at 6:43pm. The NLR location is only 5 minutes away so we get there a little early at 640Pm. There were 2 people in line and 2 people making food. They said we were just waiting on a chicken home wrecker so we wait. And we wait. And we wait. People are coming in and immediately getting their food. Meanwhile at this point it is 7:10pm and half our order has been in bags waiting for the one burrito since we arrived. I finally mentioned that we’ve been waiting and our order has been paid for a gentleman said “I’ll get to it when I’m done with this”. It gets better though. We get home with our $32 order at almost 7:30pm. Somehow even after waiting so long for what I would assume would be fresh chicken, it was cold. The chicken had a weird, darker look to it and tasted chewy and fatty. I could only eat a quarter of it before I knew if I continued I would regret it later. My husband could only eat a few bites of his seeing as though it had been sitting in a bag for almost an hour. I just chalked it up to a lousy restaurant, until right now. I have been getting sick for the past hour because of whatever was in that burrito and cheese dip. My insides are demanding to come out in the most violent ways and I blame Moe’s in North Little Rock. Avoid going to this location at all costs unless you love bad service and feeling like you haven’t spent enough time in the bathroom hating...

Wanted a burrito last weekend around 9. Got up to go and made it there just before 9:15. I was good since they didn't close until 10, right? NOPE. The girl in a yellow shirt started with my tortilla. I couldn't tell she had on gloves until I took a closer look so I let them proceed despite the food station being a MESS. Splatter was everywhere - chicken in the steak, salsa in the guac, and no sour cream. I asked if they had any more sour cream in the back and the guy said no. Uuuum ok. Although I was an inch away from walking away, I made it to checkout. THE KICKER - the girl in the yellow shirt who warmed my tortilla checked me out on the cash register WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!!!!! So, how long had she been wearing the gloves? Was that a new pair when I came in and she just decided to see the transaction all the way through checkout?? Or had she have them on since before I got there doing who knows what in them? NOT OK. Had it been maybe 9:58 or something when I walked in, I'd be a little more understanding; but, a whole 45 minutes of service left??? Got home to eat and found huge pieces of tough onion skin in my burrito (picture attached). I could've found much worse so I was glad about that but not happy about my experience at all. I'll opt for taco bell next time (always go with your gut). I will not be returning to Moe's or at least not to...
