I use to be the only shift lead at this location. They treat staff horrible. The cleaning standards are horrible. If it was possible to give them a ZERO I would. I cleaned up mold throughout the store when I first started and it was solely my responsibility to keep up with it. I was a shift lead that was not allowed to handle money like a shift lead should. I have numerous messages of being gaslight and mutilated by the managers. The donut case has mold under it. The frozen machines (IOs) have black mold. The coffee is keep past its time (when the light flashes red). Midnight is never brewed so they give you an original blend with a shot of expresso which is not the same. They buy their donuts frozen and cook them in booster ovens at a different location. Only do one shipment a day. So they are hard by 12. They keep muffins for longer than their date most of the time three days. They don't date stuff when opening. The tap system is not cleaned daily like suppose to. They also keep coffee and tea longer than supposed to. (It starts to separate at the bottom) They keep it for 2 days which is almost 4x the time they should. I watched the manager Kiran go to the bathroom where he puked didn't wash his hands because when he came out had puke on his face and hands then went to make a iced coffee. Never been so disrespected by a manager in my entire life. Also was told it was my responsibility to come in when I was sick because they don't care. Costumer is always right does not exist here. I placed a mobile order and picked up in drive thru. While leaving, I noticed I was given the wrong coffee. I went inside and let the employee know that I was given the incorrect item. His response was āNo you didnāt. I made the latte.ā I said āIām sure you did make a latte, however thatās not what I was given.ā He insisted again that I was incorrect and I was given exactly what I ordered. I then said āI will go out to my car and bring you what I was given.ā And he said āokay. I made the latte.ā
I brought in the coffee, and showed him the tag on the cup and he then realized that I was not lying. He then started to say āoh. You were given the wrong coffee.ā The funniest part about this is that he is the one that handed me that exact coffee at the window.
I do not appreciate the way this entire situation was handled. I am all for treating employees with respect because Iām sure they deal with terrible customers on the daily, but to basically be called a liar over a latte is outrageous. Completely...

When I ordered it put walk in instead of drive thru, one would think thats no biggie right? Nope I was asked to pull into a spot. Cool cool thought it was weird but no big. 10 mins goes by and the manager comes out with my drink in hand tells me that I ordered for walk in so next time I need to walk inside its not my job to walk your coffee out to you. Ma'am you told me to pull into a parking spot you having to walk to my car with my coffee is 100% your fault and problem not mine. As if the counter where you place the drinks for inside isn't literally 5 steps away from the drive thru windows. But I would have gladly made sure to change it if that whole interaction would have went different. Tell me at the window hey could you ring it up as drive thru to make it easier to expedite?
