I receive food on Friday via DoorDash from this chipotle. When I received my food, it was cold which I know was not due to chipotle because my driver was running late. Besides that the bowl was extremely lacking. I have visited other chipotles, my favorite is the one on 49th street in Hialeah. So my review will be based off of the service I always receive at that location. The first thing I noticed when I opened my burrito bowl was the line inside the bowl, what I mean by that is that usually my bowl is racked with all of my toppings that I don’t see the line inside the bowl. The second thing I noticed was that the bowl was lacking in ingredients. The rice and beans were hardly there, a careless half scoop, there was barely any barbacoa, I specially remember this because I had to spread the little chunks I did have so that the meat to rice ratio would be okay. I received only two sauces on top but I asked for all of the sauces. I asked for fajitas as well but I didn’t get much of that either, the pieces I did get weren’t sautéed enough, I know it normally runs out really fast but come on. The lettuce which there is usually a good amount of was also barely there it was scattered. As if the server did not take the time to carefully make sure the bowl was properly portioned. Also for some reason the bowl was soggy like it was sitting in water. I’m really disappointed, I know now to just continue to go to the chipotle in Hialeah. I usually take lots of pictures of my food because it’s so pretty and I like having the memory but this bowl was so sad that I didn’t even.
