I called for a take out order a simple calzone and cheese breadsticks. I was told 30-40 min wait I was fine to wait so I waited went to another store and shopped. Came back actually ran a bit late coming back so I thought for sure it would be ready as I came in I was told it would be about 10 more minutes, keep in mind I showed up late I actually showed up a good 15 min late for the pick up the order so I’m total almost an entire hour for a simple calzone and cheese bread. The person who took my order told they accidentally didn’t put in the order until over 10 min after I got off the phone with them. Then they couldn’t take my split payment of cash and card had to get another person to do this right. Before I paid I asked is there anything they can do for me, it was over an hour for food that was said to be done within 30-40 min and the manager on duty told the staff which then told me they wouldn’t do anything for me discount take off something or anything at all. Did not care about my business I mean wow even after asking to talk with the manager twice about the issue the manger wouldn’t even come out to greet me or talk to me about anything! They didn’t care about my business or the inconvenience they caused for me. If that’s how they handle guest issues then I have no idea how they are still in business do yourself a favor save time and money and try another pizza place!
EDIT the owner replied and literally is saying I lied are you kidding me!!?? The person who took my order on the phone told me 30-40 min! Not 45min to an hour, sorry if they lied to you about that! That same employee told me they didn’t realized they had to press fire to send my order in so it went in 10 min late! I showed up after an entire hour so don’t come at me when your the ones who created the issue in the first place and didn’t want to do anything about it when I was clearly upset maybe next time a guests tells you their time quoted and how much later it was and the inconvenience it caused you actually do something and don’t stay in the back and not come out to adress the issue real...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I do not like using the race card or calling something racist for no reason. With that said, here is my review. Our family of four went to dine in. We walked into the restaurant and did not see signs specifying whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. I went to ask a server if we should seat ourselves or wait and before I could ask her she yelled that I should wait. I got halfway to the front and she called us to go sit at a table. The server sat us down and walked away. She returned to our table shouting out drink options "Coke, diet coke, sprite, iced tea" and proceeded to shove our cheese and pepper tray against the wall. She came back and took our order but was very harsh. We noticed that the same server was treating other tables, where white customers were seated, way better than she was treating us. As we waited for our food we noticed she was not the only server acting this way. We were the only minority family (Hispanic) and the four servers checked on all the tables asking if they needed anything except ours. They avoided our table and walked past us. We didn't get offered refills. One server finally noticed our frustration and asked if we needed anything. We asked for refills on two Cokes, but she never brought them. After waiting 40 minutes for two pizzas and 15 wings she returned and said the kitchen lost our ticket and we had to reorder our food. We told her we were leaving. We got up and walked out and warned another minority family of the service. If you're not white do not enter this...
Read moreI went in there tonight for the very first time on 01/28/19. I ordered a beer, told the bartender I would be right back and went up to Kroger for a bag of firewood. Came on back, drop my firewood next to the door and waited for my friend. When she arrived I finish my beer went out to get my truck and left the firewood there. Grabbing my truck and coming back took maybe 3 minutes. The firewood was gone from the front door. There was five people in there including myself. The owner was out front and the bartender was behind the bar. I asked if anybody has seen my firewood, since I was the last person to come in with it and the first person out. The owner said she had no knowledge of it everyone else was quiet. I made my way behind the bar and into the kitchen without asking. I found it inside the kitchen. If someone had told me that they put it in the back for safekeeping or to burn if I did not come back that would have been all right. But to deny all knowledge of it, when someone that work they're picked it up and put it inside the kitchen, is outright theft. It's a $5 bag of firewood if you want one walk down to Kroger 50 yards and buy yourself one. To try to rip off a customer that you know personally, is inexcusable. All I can say is never leave your credit cards there....
