Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Olmsted

The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. It was an in-house driver, not uber eats which is usually a plus, but not today. My gf and I were in a car crash and were really banged up. Didn’t want to walk anywhere or take an uber so we used our uber eats driver to order food to our hotel room. Uber eats themselves comes to our door, door dash comes to our door, we’ve ordered multiple times this week to this hotel room. But dominos refused to enter the hotel, wouldn’t even put the food in the lobby. Forced us to come to the parking lot or not deliver at all. When the driver arrived, he clicked that he arrived in the app before he did arrive so we went outside looking for him and he wasn’t here. He flew in speeding, dangerously fast. Im out front of the door watching him and waved and he flew by. Turned around and got out aggressively and shouted “next time, waive or say “I ordered food!” Or something so I know it’s you.” Im like “I did” he handed me The pizza and not my soda. Pizza wasnt in a pizza bag to keep it warm. Literally huffed and puffed when I asked him for the soda I paid for and sped off way too fast without stopping at the stop sign.

I called the dominos for my girlfriend and asked why they couldn’t come to the door like uber eats or door dash (mind you, I did order thru the uber eats app and they sent an in-house driver instead for whatever reason) and they said the manager of the hotel “banned them from entering the hotel” and honestly, I can see why. I wouldn’t want them on my premises again after dealing with a guy that unhinged and angry. What in the world man. I think my girlfriend said she was going to leave a review but I just had to share this experience in my own words. The pizza isnt bad. Could be warmer (a delivery bag would solve that problem) but man, I wish I hadn’t tipped prior to receiving service cuz I just paid 5 bucks for him to drive 1 mile to abuse my girlfriend.

Driver gave me the wrong order. When I looked inside the first box I knew it wasn’t right then I heard a very loud pounding on my door. I took the two wrong pizzas to the door with me. He said I gave you the wrong ones. I said yeah I saw that when I opened them. He gave me my order. 5 minutes later in the middle of eating a piece of pizza I hear the same very loud pounding on my door. I open the main door and as I go to open the storm door he pulls the door right out of my hand. He said I’m gonna need the order back. I told him I have exactly what I ordered I checked it and am already eating it . He then said I need it back and tried to push past me to go in my house. I pushed him back out and after 4-5 times of yelling at him get the f$&k off my property he left. Did the next delivery get the ones I gave back to him? I opened them....

DO not get the new stuffed crust pizza. For two reasons. The first being it's 2025 and they just realized it was a thing. Second...it sucked! The cheese crust jail was too big. The stuffed crust portion came half way down the slice. Meaning there was no crust left for the pizza. The dough is portioned. So, I got cheese crust with a bunch of mush. The pizza was so thin I couldn't get it out the box. Grabbed a fork and the middle was what you would call mush. Trashed it! Nice try I guess? You can get a better stuffed crust at Walgreens. Like just cheat and look at the other guy. Just saying. I knew it wasn't gonna be good. The driver just gave it to me. No warmer baggy. Just the pizza and receipts sticking out. Plus he was like "here" and just turned about. Yes. Yep. Had this crap...
