Key point: expensive and not worth the hype
I HATE that you took away the curb side pickup and I hate that you took away spots for dashers. That said, I seen TWO accidents in your lot tonight. A truck leaving side swiped a car coming in. Then another guy was trying to get into the (too small for NE truck) space and hit the car next to him. This whole lot is a disaster. I hope no one gets hurt.
When I researched why CFA is so popular, it doesn't even say bc of good food. It says bc of good service but I did curbside pickup and didn't have any service to really rate.
I'm from Denver and I've never been to CFA. I never went bc it smells so unbelievably bad. Like a dirty diaper but since one opened by me and it was slow we ordered for curbside pickup. It did take a while, not as fast as I would like for fast food but okay First off, we had 4 drinks and didn't get any straws I did not like any of the grilled chicken we got. It tasted fake. Idk how to explain that and It had that charbroil flavor. I haaate the bun. I immediately took that off after the first bite. The waffle fries were cold, they were very undercooked and all mine were crumbs. I didn't have 1 whole one. The tortilla soup was okay. It tastes like something is missing. Maybe cheese or sour cream? The best part was the huge fruit cup and the lemonade/tea I got. It was all pretty expensive and...
Read moreOk, I have to give these guys an amazing shout out. We went for my son’s birthday. It was all he could talk about, he just wanted chick fil a for his birthday. So I called a few days before hand to see if we could bring a small cake or cupcakes in for his birthday. They said of course. So between then and now we got the good old Nebraska winter. We showed up and the lobby was closed due to weather. You could see the disappointment on my child’s face. Amy welcomed our party of six in with open arms! She was the one I spoke with and said that we are more than welcome to come in and have our little gathering. Tyler working the register was absolutely amazing! Took everyone’s order and got our drinks with a huge smile and on top of everything. When we arrived back at our table from ordering our food they had decorated our table! Made my sons day! Food came out hot and amazing! Then comes time for the gift and Amy and another guys came over, didn’t catch his name, and brought him a gift. Made my husband and myself smile. Then when it came time for the cupcakes ALL the staff came over and everyone sang him Happy Birthday! The staff at this location are absolutely amazing and we enjoy def being there. Thank you Everyone for making my sons 10th birthday the most absolute best!...
Read moreThis place is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Colorado locations get twice as busy, yet they handle it far better. The staff was completely disorganized—cashiers were scattered everywhere, assisting with orders instead of taking them. There was a line out the door, with people huddled in groups waiting for takeout.
Multiple customers complained about missing fries, incorrect sandwiches, or completely wrong orders. Frustration escalated to the point where people were loudly expressing their frustration because orders were taking over an hour.
On top of that, the employees were rude. The younger staff members didn’t say thank you and were visibly annoyed with each other. These jobs are supposed to teach young employees valuable lessons in respect and service, but this location is doing the opposite—instilling poor values in how to treat both coworkers and customers.
They never asked for a name on my order, whether I wanted fries as part of a meal, or if I wanted to exclude anything. I ended up paying for fries we couldn’t even eat—what a waste of food. I asked for one pack of Chick-fil-A sauce and received eight. Why are we wasting food like this?
To top it all off, we were blocked in the parking lot for 20 minutes and had to drive on the grass...
