Five Guys — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

My son, a high school student, was called in for an interview for a position. Interviewer, Fernando - store GM - knew specifics of my son from application. Fernando told my son he got the job but had to fill out the application 5 times online due to the site glitch. My son never got the job in the first place and was getting puked by the store GM. Two Customers in restaurant with at least 10 Workers (not sure how many behind the wall). The Workers were chasing each other around, yelling and laughing very loud, and horseplaying. The music was quite loud. Not a good atmosphere. I know it's not an expensive restaurant, but some common courtesy would be nice. We couldn't even talk to each other.

First time ordering here. Ordered 5 burgers online for in store pickup. 4 orders were incorrect. Paid for a bacon cheeseburger that came without bacon. 2 burgers with incorrect ketchup/sauces.
