Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

I walked in at 8:45 tonight to get a small little sandwich. When I walked in I saw a guy with dark hair and glasses and a woman with red hair. The guy was sitting at the table when I walked in, understandably so as I'm sure he's had a very long day on his feet. I said I'm so sorry to have to trouble you and I meant that. I said I'm sorry I'm going to have to ask you to make me a sandwich right before you close. Nothing. I mean silence nothing no response nothing so I apologize again nothing. So I apologize again, to which he said we've not had a break since 5:00 this afternoon. I said I'm so sorry that must be so exhausting. Again nothing. I told the lady I'd like it Mike's way and she puts lettuce tomatoes the sauces the oregano and the salt and pepper but no onion. I said ma'am can you put onion on that, and she looked up at me and walked over to the corner I guess there were onions over there and put them on there and I thought, I asked for Mike's way and she was going to make my sandwich with no onions and it's a very small thing but it's the principle of it. It's the whole attitude of this place. Jersey Mike's is my absolute favorite sandwich shop. So much so that I don't eat sandwiches anywhere But here. You can't beat them. But there was no reason for both of them to be non-responsive. It reminds me of my abusive ex-husband, when he would give me the silent treatment which is a form of abuse. I usually like to leave good reviews I rarely leave bad reviews but this warranted a review. Please check on your staff they seem...

I love Jersey Mike's and the employees at the NRH location are normally very friendly and show great customer service. However, on my past several visits one employee has been rude, angry, and demeaning to me and several other customers. In particular, this emloyee disregards the requests of the customers and has incorrectly made many my order and the orders of others despite the protests of the customer. On many occasions, this employee has gotten visibly upset with customers when they ask him to correct their order. He has degraded and disrespected customers on many occasions. He blames the customers for his own mistakes and tells them they "are being unreasonable" and that they "need to calm down" even though he is the only one who is angry. I have also seen him display this type of abrupt attitude with his fellow employees. Overall, this is very dissappointing to see in a location that I normally have such a positive...

My family loves Jersey Mike's! We've been waiting for this store to open, but are very disappointed in the overall quality of the food at this location. The location off of Keller Pkwy is much much better. We feel that the training at this location is below average, as the staff failed to make the simplest of sandwiches properly. Also, beware if you ask for the sandwich Mike's way, as the guys here drown the sandwich in oil and vinegar.... To the point that the sandwich is soggy. Lastly, our second sandwich was a Philly hot sandwich that took about 15 minutes to make (normally it's about 5-8 min. and we were the only customers in the store). Really disappointed in the overall attention to detail. This feels like a Subway not a Jersey Mike's. Please invest in more staff training; your staff is pleasant and nice, but can't make a sandwich to save...
