I was told today to not come back because I was too friendly and talked to much to the employees.

SERIOUSLY!

Hey manager - it takes less than 30 seconds to hand me my black coffee and banana nut loaf. If I take a moment and say something to the employee and they are offended by my kindness, maybe the problem is your employee.

Maybe you should hire someone who isn't a "snowflake"!
