Decided to give this place another shot and came here on a Friday night spontaneously. Should have checked the events activity first. Arrived unaware a gun show event was taking place in addition to local hockey games. Parking was lousy. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a place to park. An hour prior to closing, I was informed by the bar staff I could only order pizza and nothing else from the menu. Wow. 😕 I ordered a pepperoni, salami, green pepper and artichoke pizza. The cost was $25. The pizza was good, but whoever made my pizza skimped on some of the VERY expensive toppings. For example, I paid for artichokes and got a few leaves. Where's the artichokes I paid for?! The atmosphere...well, let's just say folks standing around drinking didn't show any common courtesy.

UPDATE: I went here for breakfast just to try it out. It was surprisingly great! The omelet was great, the potatoes were so good and crispy, even the toast was perfectly toasted. Great service and atmosphere! I encourage you to grab a pizza before or during a Brahmas game. Just know that any evening there is a Brahmas game you need to get there early or wait until the game starts. They get slammed before games.

Ordered zucchini fries, Caesar salad, and chicken Alfredo. All of it was slightly better than frozen TV dinners. The Alfredo was sort of bland and watery. Salad was unimpressive and the dressing was hard to stomach, the zucchini fries were ok. However, overall it was over priced for the quality. The best part of the meal was the chicken. If I did eat here again it would be so reluctantly.

After 3 Zuroma visits in the past year, aside from good food, the service gets 0 stars. 6 months ago the cashier man helped me pick out a flat bread over the phone and then, handed me the wrong kind completely* - He didn't offer to fix it or make it right. I paid FULL price for something I didn't order, that he actively SOLD* me as hr actively verbally bashed my integrity, without knowing me or anything about me, eager to impress and prop up some man at the bar, comparing me to him. Haha You can't make this story up.

Yesterday, a similar Zuroma experience evolved. I was the 1st order and only person ordering in the restaurant at the time. I was quoted 10 minutes for wings (which take about 5 to complete) Then, 15-20 minutes later, they serviced and delivered food/drinks to approx 25-30 people, who ordered after*. It became apparent of I didn't stand across from them and stare, that there would be not accountability.

I stand there, and the guy says my ticket didn't print (or they lost it) and they were making the wings now. After watching the kitchen staff negligently wait another 5 minutes to work on other orders, before pulling the chicken tenders out of freezer to lk them a couple steps to the fryer.

30 minutes (for the 1st and only person in line) to make one order of wings is unreasonable. Over the past year, this restaurant has lost...

I love this place! They always make sure you are taken care of. I ordered the cheese calzone (I’m Plain, I’m picky) I think there’s feta (not a fan of feta) on it but I’m not sure the description doesn’t mention it but it’s still it’s so good 🤔 but anyway it’s a great place. Not sure why they have bad reviews? Looks like people don’t know how to go to a register to order. Or that they expect everyone to be perfect. We’re only human y’all mistakes DO happen. It’s literally not the end of the world.

Next time I go I’ll try the mozzarella wedges and cheese fondue. I’ve had the pizza in the past and you can’t go wrong!

I love it since it’s cheap and I can walk there...
